Indian cricketers are among the highest-paid sports personalities in the country, and it is natural for them to buy expensive cars and bikes as these are part of their lifestyle. We have seen cricketers travelling in expensive cars like the G-Wagen and Lamborghini, and they have been featured on our website too. Rinku Singh looks different from them all. He is often seen buying gifts for his family. Recently, an image surfaced online where his sister was thanking him for gifting a Hero Vida electric scooter.

In the social media post, we see Indian cricketer Rinku Singh along with his parents and sister standing with the scooter. The scooter is actually a gift from Rinku Singh to his sister, and we also see a social media reel posted about the same online.

The images were shared on Rinku’s sister’s Instagram profile. Like every Indian family, the scooter was welcomed to the family in a traditional way where they did pooja and put a garland over it. Later, the family posed for pictures with the scooter.

The scooter seen here in the video is the Hero Vida V1X2 electric scooter. It is one of the latest electric scooters from Hero in their Vida range. The electric scooter was launched in July this year and is available in two variants.

There is a V1X2 Plus and V1X2 Go. We are not sure which variant Rinku got for his sister. The V1X2 Go is priced at Rs 99,490, ex-showroom, and the V1X2 Plus is priced at Rs 1.10 lakh, ex-showroom. The V1X2 Plus comes with two removable battery packs with a capacity of 3.4 kWh, offering an IDC range of 142 km on a single charge. Meanwhile, the V1X2 Go gets a single 2.2 kWh battery pack that offers an IDC range of 92 km.

Hero claims that the battery pack on this scooter can be charged from 0–80 percent in just an hour using a fast charger. A normal home charger will take 6 hours for the same. This is not the first time Rinku Singh has gifted a two-wheeler to a family member.

Rinku Singh comes from a very humble background, and when he got recognition and shot to fame, he gifted his father a brand-new Kawasaki Ninja superbike. A video of his father riding the new bike had gone viral on the internet.

Rinku Singh’s father, Khanchandra Singh, and the rest of the family are from Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Khanchandra Singh works at an LPG cylinder distribution agency in the area. As mentioned earlier, Rinku Singh comes from a very humble background, and even after being selected for the Indian cricket team, his father has not stopped working. He still goes to work, and the new bike was probably a gift to him so he can commute in style.

The Ninja 400 is powered by a 399 cc, parallel-twin engine. This engine generates 45 PS and 37 Nm of peak torque and costs around Rs 4.99 lakh, ex-showroom.
