The Chennai-based bike manufacturing giant, Royal Enfield, has launched the 2024 Classic 350 in India. This time around, the bike has been given a few new key updates that make it even more modern and user-friendly. The 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been introduced in five new variants, with prices starting at Rs 1.99 lakh. From there, they go all the way up to Rs 2.3 lakh for the chrome variant. Test rides and bookings of the new Classic 350 have now commenced.

What’s new with the Royal Enfield Classic 350?
For the 2024 model year, the company has given this popular motorcycle new LED headlights, taillight, and indicators. The pilot marker lights that are positioned above the circular headlamp have now also been changed to LEDs. These lights are iconic and have been a part of Royal Enfield’s design for decades.
The retro Classic 350 also gets a few more modern amenities. These include new adjustable brake and clutch levers. Additionally, it also gets a new gear position indicator on the cluster. Lastly, the company has now also provided the bike with a USB Type-C charger. This will help all the riders charge their phones on the go, a feature that was sought after by many.

Another highlight of the new 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is its new color palette. The company is now offering seven new colors across five different variants. These colors and variants are namely – Heritage (Madras Red and Jodhpur Blue), Heritage Premium (Medallion Bronze), Signals (Commando Sand), Dark (Gun Grey and Stealth Black), and Chrome (Emerald).
2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350: Specifications
The 2024 Classic 350 will still utilize the same cradle frame. It also gets the same tried and tested telescopic suspension at the front and dual shock absorbers in the rear. It also gets 18-inch wheels and disc brakes on both ends. It has to be noted that the base variant will come with a drum brake in the rear.
As for the powerplant, the company has made no changes, and it still comes powered by the same J-Series engine. It gets the same 349cc single-cylinder engine. This motor is capable of producing a healthy 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm of torque. This motor over the years has proven its reliability as it is also used in a few other Royal Enfield models as well.

2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350: Pricing and competition
Now, coming to the pricing, the 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been launched with a price of Rs 1.99 lakh for the Heritage variant. Next up is the Heritage Premium variant, which has been priced at Rs 2.04 lakh. Then comes the Signals variant, priced at Rs 2.16 lakh. Then there is the Dark variant, priced at Rs 2.25 lakh, and lastly, the Chrome variant, priced at Rs 2.3 lakh.

As for the competition, the Royal Enfield Classic 350 competes with the Honda H’ness CB350, Benelli Imperiale 400, and the Jawa Forty Two. The Classic 350 is the most popular amongst these bikes as it has been priced as the most value-for-money model.
