2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS 400Z To Get More Power, Quickshifter (Video)

The Indian motorcycle manufacturing giant Bajaj Auto has been working on the development of the 2025 Pulsar NS400Z. This new updated version of the Pulsar NS400Z will get several new updates, including more power, a quickshifter, and many others. Recently, a video showing this upcoming motorcycle was leaked online. In this clip, the Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z was seen speeding inside a racetrack and showing off its racing pedigree.
This leaked video of the 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z has been shared on Instagram by Watchmotard on their channel. It starts off with a few glimpses of the Pulsar NS400Z at a racetrack. We can note that when the pit lane operator starts the racing lights, the motorcycle gets started, and it then immediately launches off the start line. Following this, the motorcycle is shown racing around the track, and its new updates get highlighted.
The upcoming 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z will come equipped with several new updates. Of these, the main highlight will be the increase in its power. This new model will continue to come powered by the same 373xx, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor as the current model. However, the power will be increased from 40 PS to 43 PS. Most likely, the torque of 35 Nm will remain the same.
Transmission duties will be handled by the same 6-speed gearbox. However, this time around, along with the slipper clutch, the new NS400Z will come equipped with a quickshifter as well. Presently, the NS400Z offers a top speed of 154 kmph, which most likely will be the same on the new model.
Apart from these, the 2025 Pulsar NS400Z will come equipped with Apollo Alpha H1 radial tyres at the rear. It will now have a 150-section width rear tyre (the current model gets a 140-section rear tyre from MRF - REVZ). As per the reports, this wider tyre will provide this motorcycle more grip on turns. Additionally, it now also comes with sintered brake pads, helping in improving braking performance by dissipating more heat quickly.
The 2025 Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z will also be updated to comply with OBD-2B emission norms. Other features which will remain the same will be four riding modes of Sport, Road, Rain, and Off-road. Also, it will come equipped with 3 levels of traction control with switchable dual-channel ABS, perimeter frame, 43mm USD forks on the front, and a preload-adjustable monoshock in the rear.
Bajaj will continue to offer the 2025 Pulsar NS400Z with a full LED setup, including LED headlights, taillights, and turn indicators. At the front, there will be lightning-shaped LED DRLs and a projector headlight. It will also get color LCD, navigation, music controls, lap timer, etc. Also, the new bike will get adjustable brake and clutch levers, modern switchgear, underbelly exhaust, and split seat setup.
It is believed that the new Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z will be priced at a premium of Rs 7,000–8,000. Currently, the NS400Z is priced at Rs 1.81 lakh. As for the colours, the new bike will come available in four colours, namely - Brooklyn Black, Pewter Grey, Metallic Pearl White, and Glossy Racing Red.
