KTM Duke 390 Gets Cruise Control, New Colour: Watch It In Action [Video]
The Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM, which was about to go bankrupt but was saved, has updated its popular naked streetfighter motorcycle, the 390 Duke. This new 2025 iteration of the 390 Duke has been given a brand-new color and cruise control. Recently, a video giving a detailed walkaround of this new bike in the new color has been shared online. The rider also shows how the cruise control on the new 390 Duke works.
New 2025 KTM 390 Duke: Walkaround
This video showing the newly updated 2025 KTM 390 has been shared on YouTube by SK Sajid Rider on their channel. In this short video, the motovlogger shows the new 390 Duke. He mentions that the company has introduced this new Gunmetal Grey color, which gives this bike a menacing appearance. The newly added matte gunmetal shade can be seen on the front fender and the upper portion of the fuel tank.
Additionally, the same matte color has been added to the underseat frame as well. Apart from this, the lower portion of the fuel tank and tank shroud extensions are finished in gloss black. Lastly, the signature KTM Orange color adds a vibrant pop to the overall dark motorcycle, giving it a very sporty appearance. Apart from the color, the 2025 390 Duke looks the same as the previous model.
2025 KTM 390 Duke: Cruise Control
Moving on, the rider then highlights and talks about the newly added cruise control feature. He first starts the bike and mentions that the company has added a button on the left side of the handlebar, which turns on this feature. After this, he shows the lever, which has plus and minus signage on it, that has to be used to activate the cruise control and set the speed for this feature.
In the video, the rider starts riding the bike on a single-lane road and then turns on this new feature. He first sets the cruise control at 37 kmph, and the bike can be seen riding at the same speed even without the rider’s hand on the handlebar. It has to be noted that a rider should always have their hands on the bike, and the rider of this bike removed his hands only for demonstration purposes.
2025 KTM 390 Duke: Pricing and Powertrain
Moving on, the vlogger then starts talking about the pricing of the new 390 Duke. He highlights that even though KTM is now offering a new color and the additional cruise control feature, the price has not been increased. He mentions that the price of the 2025 KTM 390 Duke is still Rs 3.60-3.65 lakh on-road Mumbai. As for the ex-showroom price, it is Rs 2.95 lakh across India.
The new 2025 390 Duke still comes equipped with a 399cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This is the same motor that is seen on the newly launched 390 Adventure. This engine is capable of producing an impressive 46 bhp and 39 Nm of torque. Transmission duties are handled by a six-speed gearbox, which also comes with a bi-directional quick-shifter.
Other features of the new 2025 390 Duke include ride modes such as Rain, Road, and Track. It also gets launch control, traction control, ABS, and a six-axis IMU. Apart from these, the bike also comes equipped with a 5-inch TFT display, all-LED headlights with DRLs, and taillights.
