Royal Enfield is a popular motorcycle brand not just in India but around the world. It is currently the oldest two-wheeler brand in the world that is still in production. In the last couple of years, we have seen Royal Enfield launch several new motorcycles, including a couple of twin-cylinder models.

The Super Meteor 650 and Shotgun 650 have already found space in the garages of several bikers in India and around the world. Just like all other Royal Enfield motorcycles, the 650s are also suitable for modifications, and that is what Bollywood actor Harshvardhan Rane has done. He recently posted a video of himself with his Shotgun 650, which is being customized.

The video was shared by Harshvardhan Rane on his Instagram page. In this video, we see the actor sitting next to a Royal Enfield motorcycle. Initially, it is a bit difficult to recognize the model, but in the next few seconds, it becomes clear that the bike is a Shotgun 650. The bike is at a garage for customization work.

The actor is completely modifying the bobber-style Royal Enfield. The motorcycle is stripped down and doesn't look anything like the stock model. In fact, the actor has a theme in mind and is likely modifying the bike accordingly. The paint has been completely stripped off, and the lights have also been removed.

The fuel tank, front and rear mudguards, and fuel tank are all finished in a brushed aluminum finish. Even the head of the motorcycle has been modified and gets a machined alloy finish. The actor is seen sitting in front of the bike and calls it his dream. It looks like he has handed over the bike for customization and visits the garage often to check the progress.

We get a glimpse of the motorcycle in the video. The stock alloy wheels on the Shotgun 650 have been replaced. The bike gets custom-built machined wheels both at the front and rear. The disc brakes on this bike are also custom-made or aftermarket units. We see that the headlamps on his motorcycle have been replaced with a metal cover. It looks like the suspension on this motorcycle has also been modified as part of the project.

The video doesn't give us details about this build, but from what is visible, it looks like the theme was retro. Apart from the engine case, everything else on this motorcycle is finished in a brushed aluminum finish. We are not sure if this is the final look or if there will be any sort of stickering or pinstriping on this bike.

Harshvardhan Rane is a person who loves bikes, and this is not the first Royal Enfield he has ever owned. During COVID-19, he actually sold his Royal Enfield Continental GT 535 for three oxygen cylinders.

He sold the motorcycle to help people who were suffering during the pandemic. The Sanam Teri Kasam fame actor also bought a Toyota Innova Hycross hybrid MPV.

We are not sure if any structural changes have been made to the bike as part of the customization or not. It still retains the bobber styling but looks more retro. The Shotgun 650 is powered by a 648cc, twin-cylinder engine that generates 46 Bhp and 52 Nm of peak torque. The price for a brand-new Shotgun 650 starts at Rs 3.59 lakh (ex-showroom).
