Royal Enfield has grown over the years as a prominent two-wheeler brand. The world’s oldest motorcycle manufacturer still in production has expanded its lineup with a variety of models, offering both single and twin-cylinder motorcycles. When people hear the name Royal Enfield, the Bullet is probably the first bike that comes to mind. Over the years, we’ve seen several modified examples of Bullet and Classic 350 motorcycles. Here, we have a video showing how a Bullet owned by a gold-obsessed Indian uncle might look.
The video was shared by royal_bullet_5577 on their Instagram page. It shows a Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle modified with golden accents. The Instagram page that posted this video is dedicated solely to this motorcycle. The owner has customized the bike in a unique way, with golden accents that make it stand out on the road.
This is a “golden Bullet,” but that doesn’t mean it has real gold on it. In a country like India, that would invite many problems for the owner, attracting thieves. The bike is actually painted in a black shade, with golden-colored accessories used to achieve the golden look.
The owner has cleverly replaced some chrome parts with brass-plated trims. For example, the turn indicators, headlamp cover, number plate, and upper portion of the front fork cover are all finished in this shade.
The headlight on this motorcycle does not look stock; it seems the owner or the uncle seen in the video replaced it with an aftermarket unit featuring LED DRLs.
Although the color of the LED DRL is not visible in the video, we guess that the owner might have chosen a yellow DRL shade to resemble gold. The footrests, clutch lever, and odometer are also finished in a golden shade, and there is even a miniature version of the Indian ruler, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, fixed on the handlebar.

When you look at the motorcycle closely, you notice that the side cover, kickstarter, and crash guard are all finished in the same golden shade. The owner probably used brass-plated accessories from the market to achieve this look. Some parts have a gloss finish, while others are matte.
It’s not just the bike; the uncle sitting on the motorcycle is also dressed to match. He has even accessorized himself with gold rings, a bracelet, and a watch to match his ride. Even the silencer on this motorcycle is custom-made and finished in a golden shade.
While we have seen many videos of modified Royal Enfield motorcycles from different parts of the country, this is the first time we’ve come across an example like this. All these golden parts are going to need a lot of maintenance to keep them shining, but that likely won’t be an issue for the uncle, as he seems obsessed with this shade.
When it comes to cars too, there have been many people going for ‘gold wraps’. In fact, there’s a man from Pune called Sunny Waghmare, who has wrapped many cars in gold. You can read about him here.
