Many people consider off-roading to be an extremely serious and risky endeavor. While the latter might be true, it does not necessarily need to be serious. Recently, showing how hilarious off-roading can be, a video has been shared online. It has to be noted that in no way, shape, or form are we asking anyone to replicate this style of off-roading. However, nonetheless, it is an extremely hilarious way of performing off-roading. This video so far has garnered a lot of attention online.

Hilarious Off-Roading Video

The video of a bunch of two-wheeler riders enjoying a dangerous off-roading adventure has been shared on Instagram. It comes courtesy of Fazal. It starts with a number of scooter and bike riders riding their bikes on extremely adverse mountain roads. They can be seen riding these vehicles in the most chaotic manner.

None of the riders were seen wearing proper riding gear. Most riders were not even wearing a helmet. However, despite this, they can be seen riding their bikes and scooters in the most careless way. We can see that most of them were doing wheelies and were falling off their vehicles while attempting to cross the uneven road.

A lot of them were continuously falling on the grass on the side of the road. Some were even seen getting stuck under their own vehicles. However, the one thing that was common in this video was each and every person was smiling. They did not seem to care about their bikes and even their own bodies.

Should You Do Such Off-Roading?

Thankfully, nobody in the video got seriously injured. However, as mentioned earlier, nobody should try to replicate what these people have done in the video. Although it was all done in fun, there is a very high chance of other people getting seriously injured while doing such stunts. So we request you to please only view it for entertainment purposes.

How to Properly Perform Off-Roading

Now, as we have already mentioned what should not be done while off-roading with motorcycles, here are the things you should do to properly enjoy off-roading with two-wheelers.

Choose the Right Bike and Gear

The first thing, even before you start off-roading on rough terrains, is that you have to opt for a bike designed for off-road use. In this particular video, normal everyday scooters and commuter motorcycles were used.

However, when going for a serious off-roading adventure, only opt for a dirt or adventure bike. Also, you need to wear a proper helmet, gloves, off-road boots, knee and elbow guards, a chest protector, and goggles to protect against any injuries.

Preparation and Inspection

Before beginning any off-roading adventure, always ensure your bike is in good working condition. Make sure to check tire pressure, brakes, chain tension, and fluid levels. Also, carry essential tools and spare parts, including a tire repair kit, extra fuel, and a first-aid kit.

Understand the Terrain

Many people make the mistake of not familiarizing themselves with the terrain before riding. But every good off-roading enthusiast should look for obstacles like rocks, mud, sand, and steep inclines beforehand.

Always plan a route that matches your skill level. Make sure to start with easier trails and gradually progress to more challenging ones.

Master Basic Off-Road Techniques

When doing proper off-roading, try to maintain a balanced, flexible body position. Stand up on the pegs for better control and shock absorption. Also, keep your knees slightly bent and adjust your lean depending on the incline.

Always apply smooth throttle and clutch control; this is very crucial as well. Use both front and rear brakes, with the rear brake helping maintain control on loose surfaces.

Practice and Safety Measures

Begin with slow speeds to get a feel for the bike and terrain. After doing this, then gradually increase the speed as you gain comfort. Ride with a buddy or group for safety.

Also, it is extremely important to know your limits and avoid pushing beyond your skill level. Take breaks if fatigued and have an emergency plan. Always ensure someone knows your route and expected return time.
