Honda Launches 25th Anniversary Editions: Activa 110, 125 And SP 125

Honda has rolled out 25th Anniversary Editions of the Activa 110, Activa 125, and SP125, marking a major milestone for what remains one of India's most recognisable two-wheeler nameplates. These special variants celebrate 25 years of the Activa brand, which has consistently ranked among the best-selling scooters in the country since its launch.
The commemorative models are priced at a slight premium over their standard counterparts. The Activa 110 25th Anniversary Edition is listed at ₹92,565 ex-showroom, while the Activa 125 is priced at ₹97,270. The SP125, which is positioned as the sportier of the three, carries the highest price tag at ₹1,02,516.
Honda’s pricing strategy suggests a focus on adding visual appeal and exclusivity rather than altering core specifications. These anniversary editions are targeted at buyers who value uniqueness in appearance, with cosmetic changes setting them apart from regular models.
The most noticeable changes are visual. Each model gets unique 25th Anniversary decals to denote its commemorative status. Black chrome accents on the body and exhaust add a premium touch to the otherwise familiar silhouette of the Activa and SP125.
A standout addition is the Pyrite Brown alloy wheels. This golden-bronze finish offers a distinct look that immediately distinguishes the special editions on the road. Two exterior colours have been introduced - Pearl Siren Blue and Matte Steel Black Metallic - both designed to elevate the scooter’s visual appeal. Buyers also get to choose between café brown and black seats to further personalise their scooters.
These cosmetic updates offer a refreshing change without disrupting the Activa’s overall design, which has stayed largely consistent over the years to maintain its mass appeal.
Honda has chosen not to tinker with the mechanical components of the Activa lineup. The Activa 110 continues to be powered by a 109.51cc single-cylinder engine, delivering a balance between efficiency and performance, especially suited for city commuting. The Activa 125 steps up the game slightly with its 123.92cc engine, offering better torque delivery while retaining commuter-friendly characteristics.
The SP125, despite being part of this anniversary collection, remains a geared motorcycle and not a scooter like the other two. It runs a 123.94cc air-cooled engine and is aimed at riders looking for a more engaging experience while retaining the fuel-efficiency Honda’s commuter bikes are known for.
In essence, Honda has opted to stick to what works, banking on the familiarity and reliability of its existing powertrains while offering a fresh coat of paint and design cues for this special milestone.
