In this short video, the narrator explains that there is a man named Zakir Memon who hails from the city of Chhota Udepur in Gujarat and cannot wear a helmet. He adds that even after going in front of the police authorities without a helmet, he cannot be fined.

Why can’t this man wear a helmet?

Well, the answer to this man’s issue is that his head is too big to fit inside any helmet sold in India. Yes, as weird as it may sound, there is no helmet that fits this man. The narrator in the video has highlighted that Zakir Memon has been stopped by police authorities on multiple occasions for not wearing a helmet.

However, when he tells them his problem is that he cannot wear a helmet, they have to let him go. On a few occasions, the police officials have even taken him to a helmet shop to check if he is telling the truth or not. But when they reach the shop and find that there is really no helmet that can fit on his head, they simply let him go.

Gujarat Police has even mentioned that the problem Memon is facing is real. They cannot fine him until there is a solution. So, due to this issue, Zakir Memon can ride around the city of Chhota Udepur on his Royal Enfield motorcycle without any helmet.
