When we hear the name MS Dhoni, a few things come to mind. We usually associate him with his exceptional performance both behind and in front of the wicket. Apart from cricket, Dhoni has a passion for bikes, which is very evident from his garage. The former Indian cricket captain has a vast collection of expensive, retro, and classic motorcycles. A new video shows the cricket legend admiring a Ducati Diavel motorcycle owned by one of his fans.

The video was shared by Sumeet Kumar Bajaj on his Instagram page. It appears that the biker took his brand-new bike to Dhoni and got it autographed. The first video shows the cricketer signing his autograph on the silver-colored garnish around the headlamp of the Ducati Diavel. It looks like a brand-new bike, as there is no registration number on it.

In the next video, we see the cricketer trying to start the bike. The bike’s owner helps Dhoni get the bike in neutral, and after that, he starts the bike. Dhoni is surprised to hear the throaty exhaust note of the motorcycle. In the third video, Dhoni is seen admiring the motorcycle. He checks out the bike, and a smile appears on his face. It is evident from his expression that he likes the motorcycle.

This is not the first time Dhoni has signed a fan’s bike or car. Last year, there was a post where MS Dhoni surprised a fan by autographing the rear seat of a new BMW 7-Series sedan belonging to one of his fans.

Ducati Diavel

The Ducati Diavel seen in the videos appears to be the 2023 version. The Diavel is a power cruiser, and its design sets it apart. The flat headlamp design, along with the side-mounted exhaust and single-sided swingarm, gives the motorcycle a unique identity. For the Diavel V4, Ducati uses a monocoque aluminum frame.

The front suspension features 50 mm USD forks, while the rear has a monoshock, both of which are fully adjustable. Brembo supplies the front brakes with a 330 mm disc and the rear with a 265 mm two-piston caliper. The motorcycle is also equipped with cornering ABS. A 5-inch TFT color display, featuring Ducati’s multimedia system and turn-by-turn navigation, enhances the motorcycle’s technology.

The Ducati Diavel is powered by a 1,158 cc V4 Granturismo engine that generates 165 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 126 Nm of peak torque at 7,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a quick-shifter and auto-blipper. The price for a brand-new Ducati Diavel is Rs 25.91 lakh, ex-showroom.
