Frustrated Ola Electric Scooter Customers At "Graveyard" Service Centre Lash Out At CEO Bhavish Aggarwal

Over the years, Ola Electric has come under scrutiny on multiple occasions. Presently, it has one of the highest numbers of unsatisfied customers, as the after-sales service of Ola Electric is extremely bad. Recently, a video went viral on the internet in which a number of Ola Electric customers were seen bashing the brand and its founder, Bhavish Aggarwal, for not being able to provide quick after-sales service. They also highlighted that the quality of these electric scooters is pathetic.
The video showing the Ola Electric scooter owners complaining about their scooters’ condition was shared on Instagram by Jamshedpurwala on their page. In this short clip, we can see a number of dissatisfied Ola Electric customers standing inside a service centre of the brand. They stated that it has become a graveyard and their scooters are sitting without getting any repair.
In the clip, the first person highlights that they (Ola Electric scooter buyers) are the biggest fools. He then elaborates that the founder of the company, Bhavish Aggarwal, is a loudmouth, as he has said that he is setting up the biggest electric two-wheeler factory. The man added that he should not be taking on such endeavours if he cannot fulfill them.
Following this, another Ola Electric scooter customer was seen bashing the brand and telling his story. He stated that he left his scooter a month ago at the service station and today he was told that his scooter has not even been diagnosed.
Soon after this, he highlighted another complaint—that he has not received the registration certificate of his scooter even after buying it 2 years ago. The owner even stated that he bought his scooter before he got married. However, he now has kids as well, but the registration certificate has not arrived yet and he has no update on it.
The same person added that if anyone wants a huge problem and headache, then they should buy an Ola Electric scooter. Lastly, another mentioned that there are around 300–400 Ola Electric scooters in the service centre at the moment and it looks like a graveyard.
This is not the first time that we have seen Ola Electric customers complaining about their experience with the brand and its products. Back in 2023, a video went viral on the internet in which a number of angry customers were seen protesting in front of an Ola Electric service centre in Madhya Pradesh.
These customers wanted the service centre to shut down as the dealership was selling new vehicles. However, their scooters, which were at the service centre for software and hardware issues, were not being looked at and no solution was being provided to them.
Over the last year, Ola Electric has lost a significant amount of its market share. In July 2025, the company's market share dropped to 17.35 percent compared to 38.83 percent in July 2024. This marks a decrease of over 57 percent year-on-year. Currently, major automakers like Bajaj and TVS, and smaller scooter makers like Ather and River, are taking over the market with more reliable and better-quality electric scooters.
