Royal Enfield is gearing up to expand its lineup in India and international markets. A few months ago, we wrote an article about the upcoming motorcycles from the Chennai-based bike manufacturer. One name on that list was the Guerrilla 450. Out of the six models, the Guerrilla 450 is expected to be the first to launch in the market. There are several spy shots and undisguised images of the motorcycle available online. Here, we have a video that shows how the production version of the Guerrilla 450 would look.

The video has been shared by Tripplelines on their YouTube channel. It is a digitally rendered video based on the recent images available online. In this video, the artist imagines how the production version of the Royal Enfield would look. We feel the artist has done a great job at creating the render here.

The video shows the round headlamps with LED lights in the center and the dual-tone paint job on the tank. The design of the tank is similar to the new Himalayan. The bike gets telescopic suspension at the front, a single-pod instrument cluster, a blacked-out engine bay, Guerrilla branding on the side cover, Royal Enfield branding on the tank, Himalayan-like turn indicators and tail lamps, and so on.

The video shows two motorcycles. One of them is finished in a shade of blue, while the other is finished in dual-tone red and bronze. The motorcycle has alloy wheels and disc brakes at both the front and rear. The upswept short exhaust also complements the overall character of the bike. It should be noted that this is a render video, and the production version might have minor differences.

Guerilla 450 render

The Guerrilla 450 is going to be the second motorcycle from Royal Enfield, after the Himalayan, to use the 450cc Sherpa engine. However, it will not be an adventure tourer but a neo-retro roadster. It is a motorcycle based on the new Himalayan, and the upcoming Guerrilla 450 will share some parts with the adventure tourer.

In the render image, the fuel tank looks different. However, we feel the production version will get the same tank design as the Himalayan without shrouds. The front gets a telescopic fork, and the rear gets a monoshock.

There is a gaiter around the front fork, and the round headlamp is neatly placed right below the instrument cluster. The design of the headlamps is round in the production motorcycle, but we are not sure if it will have the same detailing as the one seen in the render.

The seat height on this motorcycle is lower than the Himalayan, and the single-seat setup with a grab rail integrated into the tail section gives it a clean look.

As mentioned above, this is the second motorcycle from Royal Enfield to use the same engine as the Himalayan. The Sherpa 450 engine is a 452-cc single-cylinder unit that generates 40 PS and 40 Nm of peak torque. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Other than the upcoming Guerrilla 450, Royal Enfield will be launching the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350, Royal Enfield Scram 440, Royal Enfield Interceptor Bear 650, and Royal Enfield Classic 650 this financial year.
