Production-Ready Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 Spotted Testing: Launch Expected At EICMA 2025

Royal Enfield, the oldest motorcycle manufacturer in continuous production, is currently riding high on the success of various models in the 350cc and 650cc range in India. However, now the company has set its aim at the premium 750cc segment, and for this, it has been working on the development of different bikes. Most recently, a few spy images of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 adventure motorcycle have been shared on the internet. It can be noted that the Himalayan 750 looks production-ready.
These images of the almost production-ready Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 show the adventure motorcycle being tested on public roads internationally. Earlier, in January of this year, a few images of this bike being tested on Indian roads were also shared online.
It is believed that Royal Enfield could be debuting the Himalayan 750 at EICMA (Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori), or Milan International Motorcycle Exhibition, which will take place in November this year.
From the spy images, we can note that the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 boasts the quintessential adventure motorcycle design. It gets tall height, tall front fairing with circular LED headlight, and an upright riding stance due to this high-mounted handlebar and seat. The bike also features a tall visor and adjustable brake and clutch levers.
Like the Himalayan 450, this bike also gets a split seat setup and an upswept exhaust. Apart from these, the rear of the bike boasts a carrier plate on which additional storage boxes can be attached for long journeys. Overall, the bike looks larger than the Himalayan 450.
Now, coming to the mechanical side of things, the test mule of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 appears to boast a 19-inch spoked front wheel and a 17-inch spoked rear wheel. Now, whether they are tubeless spoked wheels or not will be revealed in the coming months.
Most likely, they will be tubeless spoked ones, as the bike will be competing in the premium segment. Apart from these, it can be noted that unlike the Himalayan 450, this particular bike will be offered dual front disc brakes and a single disc in the rear. As for the suspension, the front gets an upside-down (USD) fork suspension.
Meanwhile, the rear gets a monoshock suspension. The bike is also expected to come equipped with features such as dual-channel ABS, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, and a TFT display with turn-by-turn navigation. All the lights will most likely be LED units.
Although the exact details of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750’s engine have not been revealed, it is believed that the bike will come equipped with a brand-new 750cc engine. Reportedly, the bike will weigh around 210–220 kgs. So, most likely, this additional weight is due to the larger 750cc engine.
A few reports earlier speculated that this particular engine could be a tweaked version of the 648cc engine that is used on a number of Royal Enfield models. However, increasing the weight of the motorcycle with the same old engine does not make sense. It is believed that the new and larger engine could produce around 55 bhp and 60 Nm of torque.
Currently, the Himalayan 450 makes 39.47 bhp and 40 Nm of torque. In terms of pricing, the Himalayan 750 could start from Rs 4 lakh, which will be around Rs 1.15 lakh more than the Himalayan 450, which is currently available for sale.
