Recently, at the Bharat Mobility Global Auto Expo, a few pictures of the TVS Apache RTX 300 Adventure motorcycle were leaked online. These images showed this soon-to-be-launched motorcycle at the TVS pavilion. However, what is interesting is that TVS officials have denied the existence of this adventure motorcycle. Thankfully, a lot of details about this motorcycle have now emerged, and here’s everything you need to know about this adventure motorcycle.

TVS Apache RTX 300: Details
Design
First off, let’s talk about the design of this adventure motorcycle from TVS. At the front, it will get a set of dual LED headlights with sleek LED DRLs. There will also be a small beak at the front, and like all adventure motorcycles, it will come with a tall windscreen as well. Additionally, the bike will also get gold-colored upside-down forks at the front and a 19-inch, 10-spoke star-shaped alloy wheel with a slotted disc brake.
The fuel tank of the TVS Apache RTX 300 will be large and will get a padded section to increase rider comfort. Also, the handlebar will be straight and come with guards for both hands. In addition to these, to protect the bike and rider, the company will provide the motorcycle with dedicated protective guards. The rear wheel will be 17 inches in diameter.
Apart from this, the bike will also come equipped with an upswept exhaust and a floating LED taillight. What will be more interesting is that the Apache RTX 300 will come from the factory with a Givi luggage set. There will be two panniers on the side and a bigger storage box behind the seat of the pillion.
Features
In terms of features, the new TVS Apache RTX 300 will come equipped with a TFT screen and LED lighting throughout. Other notable features, which will be borrowed from the Apache RR 310, will include cruise control, multiple ride modes, traction control, navigation, and Bluetooth connectivity.

Mechanical Specifications
This new adventure motorcycle will be built on a steel trellis frame with a separate sub-frame for durability. Suspension duties will be handled by upside-down forks at the front, and the rear will get a monoshock suspension. It will also get switchable dual-channel ABS, adjustable suspension, and a quick-shifter. Now, coming to the details of the TVS Apache RTX 300’s heart:
It will come powered by the recently showcased 299cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled RTX D4 engine. This motor will be able to generate a decent power of 35 bhp at 9,000 RPM and 28.5 Nm of torque at 7,000 RPM. Transmission duties will be taken care of by a 6-speed gearbox, and this adventure motorcycle will also feature drive-by-wire throttle to provide smoother power delivery.
Pricing and Competition
As per the reports, TVS is planning to launch this motorcycle with a price tag of Rs 2.4–2.55 lakh (ex-showroom). It is believed that the Apache RTX 300 could make its official debut around March–April of this year. Coming to the competition of this adventure motorcycle, it will take on rivals like the KTM 250 Adventure and Suzuki V-Strom 250.
