Indian electric motorcycle manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive has launched a new iteration of the F77 Mach 2 motorcycle. It is called the F77 Super Street and has an ex-showroom entry price of Rs 2.99 lakh. The top-spec variant is priced at 3.99 lakh before taxes. Interestingly, this is the same as the price of F77 Mach 2. Ultraviolette has already started taking orders for the EV and the deliveries will start in March this year. The main attraction of the new motorcycle is its improved ergonomics.
Ultraviolette F77 Super Street: Key Highlights

The F77 Super Street is essentially a toned-down version of the F77. The handlebar is now wider by 30mm and taller by 85mm than the Mach 2. The footpeg position remains unchanged. The rider now gets a more upright seating position. This motorcycle is definitely more road-focused and relaxed than the regular F77 Mach 2. The Mach 2’s rider triangle is more aggressive at 55 degrees. The Super Street is less aggressive at 80 degrees.
The F77 Mach 2 comes in two variants and with two battery pack choices. The Super Street also offers 2 variants- Standard and Recon.
In design, there is a lot that the Super Street shares with the F77 Mach 2. It looks as good as the Mach 2 and gets an angular LED headlight, covers for the upside-down fork, large side fairings with neatly integrated and aero-optimised crash guards, and a sharp tail with fused grab handles. The Super Street, however, comes with a new mini front screen. There are also Super Street badges.
A key area where the two motorcycles differ is the colour palette. The Mach 2 offers the choice of 9 colours, while the Super Street keeps it limited to four- Afterburner Yellow, Turbo Red, Cosmic Black and Stellar White.
In terms of features, the F77 Super Street gets a 5-inch TFT display, three ride modes—Glide, Combat and Ballistic, switchable dual-channel ABS, four-level traction control, hill-hold, dynamic stability control and an optional 9-level regen system. The selectable regen is available only on the Recon variant.

A lot of optional extras are also available to spec your F77 Super Street with. These include a TPMS, lever guards, aero discs, panniers—both soft and hard with a 30-litre and 3kg capacity each, aero discs for the alloys and a top-mount for your storage box. Plus, there is also a new ‘Violette AI’ on offer. It enables automatic crash alerts, provides daily ride analytics, an anti-collision warning system, remote lock/unlock and a delta watch. The Delta Watch is an alarm that goes off if someone tinkers with the motorcycle.
Like its more aggressive sibling, the Super Street also offers the choice of two battery packs- the larger of which offers an IDC range of up to 323 km per charge. The lower-spec Standard variant gets a 7.1kWh battery pack. It has a claimed range of 211 km per charge. The electric motor here produces 36bhp and 90Nm. 0-60 kph comes in just 2.9 seconds, and 0-100 takes 7.8 seconds.

The Recon variant gets a notably larger 10.3kWh battery pack and an electric motor that produces 40bhp and 100Nm. This variant does the 0-60 kph in 2.8 seconds and 0-100 in 7.7 seconds- marginally quicker than the Standard variant.
20-80% charging takes 3 hours on the standard variant with a standard charger. The Boost charger will bring this down to 1.5 hours. The Recon variant charges 20-80 % in 5 hours and the boost charger does the same in 2.5 hours. A 3-year / 60,000 km warranty can be availed on the Super Street.
