The people who saw this man delivering food by taking this road were shocked.
This video of a Zomato delivery agent off-roading to deliver food has been shared on Instagram by Fatbiker Vaibhav on their page. In the short clip, a cyclist and his friends were seen in complete shock after looking at the Zomato delivery agent. What was shocking about this sight was that he was literally off-roading on his commuter bike to deliver this parcel.
It can be noted that the road on which these cyclists were riding was a very rough patch with big stones on the ground. However, despite this difficulty, the Zomato rider did not break a sweat, and he continued riding on this road like it was nothing. We can also see that other people on the road were equally shocked.

A number of them stated that they had never seen such a dedicated delivery agent. Some netizens also added that these delivery agents do not get paid enough to do such difficult deliveries.
Zomato Delivery Agent Walks Through Flooded Road
As mentioned above, this is not the first occasion in which we have seen a Zomato delivery agent going above and beyond to deliver food. A while ago, a video was shared online in which a delivery boy in Gujarat was seen walking through a completely flooded road.
He was seen delivering food to a residential building in front of which there was waterlogging. This delivery agent was handling the parcel with one hand and walking extremely carefully through the flooded road. Many netizens called him a hero for doing this job. Some netizens also stated that the person ordering the food in such a situation is so insensitive.
Someone Ordered Food in the Middle of a Traffic Jam
In addition to the above instances, just a few days ago, another video went viral. In this particular clip, a Zomato delivery agent was seen with a food parcel in his hand in the middle of a traffic jam. He was seen talking on the phone and searching for the person who ordered the food.
Like all the other viral videos, netizens also reacted to this video with empathy. They stated, how can people be so thoughtless to order food in the middle of a traffic jam, especially during heavy rainfall? They even tagged Zomato’s official account and stated that they need to help their delivery agents.
Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal Was Also Treated Poorly as a Delivery Agent
Recently, Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal shared a heart-touching video on the internet. In this short clip, he became his brand’s delivery agent for a day and started delivering food orders to understand the working conditions of his delivery partners.
During this video, what happened was that he received a food order pickup from a mall. When he reached the mall, he was asked to enter the mall from the service entrance. He was also not allowed to take the elevator. Following this, he was seen sitting with other delivery agents on the floor of the mall.
