They tend to look for luxury cars that offer a balance of both. Recently, we have seen a trend where actors are buying MPVs for their commutes. The Toyota Vellfire and Lexus LM 350h are some of the popular choices among celebrities and Akshay Kumar is the newest actor in the industry to purchase a Vellfire.

The video was shared by Viral Bhayani on his YouTube channel. In this video, we see Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal outside Kalina airport in Mumbai. The actors were probably flying out for one of their recent shoots. They were standing next to a Toyota Vellfire.

This luxury MPV has gained popularity among celebrities. The Vellfire seen in the video is the current version of the MPV. The Vellfire facelift gets a bigger grille than the previous version. It gets sleeker headlamps too. The MPV is finished in a beautiful shade of Grey. Toyota Vellfire is 4,995 mm long, 1,850 mm wide, and 1,950 mm tall. The MPV has a wheelbase of 3,000 mm.

We do not see the whole car in this video but, we have seen several videos in the past that the MPV in detail. Towards the end of the video we also see Suneil Shetty arriving in his Land Rover Defender SUV.

Coming back to the Vellfire, the MPV gets a kink on the lower window line, resembling the design of a thunderbolt. The pillars are all blacked out, and there are chrome garnishes as well. The car also has a massive glass area. The Vellfire comes with 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. Compared to the previous version, it gets redesigned LED tail lamps with a connecting LED bar.

Vellfire is a luxury MPV and that is very evident from its exterior design. Moving to the interiors, the Vellfire gets a fully digital instrument cluster, ADAS features, a 360-degree camera, ventilated and heated seats, an electrically adjustable steering wheel, and more.

The car gets electric window curtains for both second and third-row passengers. In the rear seats, there are two captain seats, roof-mounted entertainment, and both seats have electric adjustments and a reclining function. There is a split glass roof that helps make the cabin feel more airy.

The Toyota Vellfire is powered by a 2.5-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine, paired with a strong hybrid system. It generates around 193 PS and 240 Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to an e-CVT gearbox.

Toyota offers the Vellfire in two variants: the Hi variant priced at ₹1.22 crore, ex-showroom, and the VIP with Executive Lounge Package variant, which costs ₹1.32 crore, ex-showroom. We are not sure if the MPV seen here is the Hi variant or the VIP with the Executive Lounge Package.
