Anand Mahindra Thrilled With Ambassador Scale Models That Chief Designer Pratap Bose Gifted Him
As it has been said, “Boys don’t grow up, their toys just get bigger and more expensive.” This statement becomes especially true when it comes to automotive enthusiasts. And one such enthusiast is none other than the Mahindra Group chairman Anand Mahindra. He recently shared a tweet in which he received not one but two Hindustan Ambassador sedan scale models. Anand Mahindra stated that he is extremely ecstatic to receive this gift from the Chief Designer of Mahindra Automotive, Pratap Bose.
Anand Mahindra gets Hindustan Ambassador
The pictures of Anand Mahindra’s latest gift have been shared by him via X. He shared the post with the caption, “Received a cool gift today from @BosePratap. The Ambassador will never fade from the memories of someone of my vintage. What an old warhorse it was. An inextricable part of the old Indian landscape. So it deserves to be immortalized through such scale models.”
In this picture, we can note that he has been gifted two different scale models of the Hindustan Ambassador sedan. One is finished in black color, and the other is finished in beige color. As stated, these scale models have been gifted by Pratap Bose, Chief Designer, Mahindra Automotive.
Apart from thanking Pratap Bose, Anand Mahindra also praised the company from which Bose bought these scale model cars. He stated that he is happy that the owner of the company Scalearts imported these models from Bangladesh and not China. Anand Mahindra also asked Bose why they are not building scale models of Mahindra Auto brands.
Hindustan Ambassador scale models
In addition to Anand Mahindra appreciating Scalearts for the scale models, Pratap Bose also highlighted that these scale models are very cool. He added, “And every credit to Scalearts for the in-house design and development of this model without the original drawings or any sort of CAD data!”

This is not the first time that we have seen a popular personality being presented with a scale model. Back in November of last year, a motorcycle enthusiast and a huge fan of John Abraham named Akshay Kedari gifted him a few scale models. The interesting thing about Akshay giving scale models to John was that he gifted him the exact models which John owns in reality.
Akshay first presented John Abraham with a scale model of his Yamaha YZR-M1, the specially built MotoGP racing bike of Team Yamaha. He also gifted him a scale model of the Kawasaki Ninja H2R. The third one was a Suzuki Hayabusa.
The scale model of the Hayabusa was especially more intriguing for John as it was the exact same color as the Suzuki Hayabusa owned by the actor. Akshay says he specially ordered the Hayabusa in this color for John Abraham. Apart from this he also asked John Abraham to sign his TVS Apache RR 310. Akshay has since got his Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 signed by the actor as well.
