Indian Cricketer Axar Patel Upgrades From 1.3 Crore Land Rover Discovery To 3.5 Crore Range Rover Autobiography
Indian cricketer Axar Patel has just upgraded to a new set of wheels. The Indian all-rounder has bought a brand-new Range Rover Autobiography that costs more than 3.5 Crore (ex-showroom). Previously, the cricketer used to own a Land Rover Discovery. An Instagram post confirms the new purchase. He took delivery of the (Sport Utility Vehicle) SUV from Land Rover Cargo Motors, a dealership in Ahmedabad.
The cricketer seems to have bought his Range Rover Autobiography in Black. We are not sure which interior colourway he has opted for, or what additional speccing/ personalisation has been done to the SUV.
Axar Patel's Land Rover Discovery was purchased in 2017. The premium SUV was priced from Rs 69 lakh then. The Diesel HSE 3.0 variant that the cricketer bought had an ex-showroom price of over 1.3 Crore then. Fans knew about the new car shopping through an Instagram story.

The Range Rover Autobiography has two body styles on offer- the Standard Wheelbase (SWB) and the Long Wheelbase (LWB). The LWB is the more popular choice among celebrities and VIPs, and can also be had as a 7-seater. It offers excellent space, comfort and luxury inside. It is available with the petrol hybrid engine alone. Both mild hybrids and plug-in hybrids (PHEV) are available globally. India, however, gets just the mild hybrid (P400) variant.
The Autobiography is powered by a 3.0L Ingenium turbocharged petrol engine that makes 394 hp and 550 Nm. The transmission on offer is an automatic unit.
Despite weighing 2.5 tonnes, the Range Rover Autobiography can do the 0-100 kph acceleration in just 5.7 seconds. The top-speed here is 242 kph. The made-in-India Autobiography LWB has an ex-showroom price of 3.5 Crores.
