Doctor Abuses Polite Bengaluru Cops In Extremely Foul Language Over Wrong Parking: Arrested [Video]

With the advent of social media and smartphones, incidents of people losing control over their emotions are hitting the internet regularly. Recently, one such incident this was shared online. It's likely that you may have seen this video where a lady Ayurvedic doctor from Bengaluru was seen hurling extremely foul abuses at a group of traffic police officers, including a woman officer. Here's the aftermath of her actions. This lady, who was abusing everyone around, was recently arrested and produced in front of a magistrate for her reckless behaviour.

This video, showing the woman abusing police officers in broad daylight, was shared on X by Rajanna Rajesh on their page. It starts off with a woman wearing a pink top shouting at a few police officers in Bengaluru. We can note that there were two men and two women traffic police officers who surrounded this lady with the helmet on. It can be noted that she was hurling abuses at the officer for touching her staff’s T-shirt.

We can hear the woman doctor using extremely foul words towards a senior police officer belonging to the traffic department. What was even more shocking was that she did the same with the woman police officer who intervened while this lady was abusing. After the verbal abuse, the woman doctor was also seen making extremely indecent gestures at the female police officer.

At one point, she even said that she would strip the woman police officer naked as well. Following this, one of the male police officers, instead of talking to this lady, started pointing his finger towards the man on the footpath. However, this lady again started hurling abuses at the male officer.

What actually happened?

As per reports, the name of this woman who was abusing the officers is Dr. Vyas Hiral Mohanbhai. She is a resident of Shivanahalli near Yelahanka. The staff member who was seen in the video standing on the footpath is Mohammed Sarbaz. What actually happened was that Mr. Sarbaz had parked his motorcycle in a no-parking zone near Seshadripuram College in Yelahanka.

The police officers came to the spot and fined Sarbaz for parking in the no-parking zone. During this, he refused to pay the fine. When things started to escalate, he called Vyas to the spot, and she came on her scooter. Dr Vyas asked Sarbaz to take her scooter and go away.

However, the police officials did not let him go without paying the fine, following which the entire sequence of this lady doctor hurling abuses started. In the video, this woman was seen asking the officers to arrest her, and this is exactly what the Hoysala police did. Both the doctor and her staff were arrested and taken to the station.

They were then produced in front of a magistrate. The authorities have filed a case against these two culprits under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Section 75, which is for sexual harassment, and Section 79 – word, gesture, or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman. They have also added Section 132 – assault or criminal force to deter a public servant from the discharge of his duty, and Section 352 – intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace.
