Mahindra Thar Nearly Flips Over After Stunt Goes Wrong [Video]

The number of reckless driving and stunting incidents in India has shot up exponentially. Most of these incidents involve young boys and girls stunting on public roads and endangering their own lives as well as the lives of other people. Recently, a few new videos of extremely reckless driving from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, have been shared online. In these videos, a group of men is seen standing on top of Mahindra Thars, Scorpio-N, and Hyundai Creta. One of the videos even shows a Thar almost flipping over.

These videos of young men stunting and dangerously driving their SUVs have been shared on X by Dinesh Tripathi on his page. In these videos, we can note that there were a number of young men who were creating havoc on the roads of Lucknow. As per the author, these videos were shot in the Gomtinagar area of the city, which is a very posh locality.

Dangerous Driving and Stunts

In the first video shared on X, it can be noted that around 4–5 young men were standing on the roof of a black Mahindra Thar 3-door. The video then pans towards the left, and it can be seen that a few men were standing out of a Mahindra Scorpio-N as well. Also, in addition to the first Thar, there was another Thar 3-door on which a few young men were standing.

A number of these men can be seen smoking cigarettes, and background music has been added to this video to make these young men look like goons of the city. In addition to this, two other videos have been shared on the same post. The second video shows a speeding Creta on the road, which was being followed by another SUV that was going at a high speed.

We can note that not one but two young boys were standing out of the panoramic sunroof of this SUV while it was moving at a high speed. Additionally, two boys were also peeking out of the windows of this SUV. However, what's even more stupid is that the driver of this Creta was weaving the vehicle on the road while these boys were standing out of it. It can be noted that the two boys on the window went inside the car.

However, the two standing out of the sunroof were still standing. Lastly, these idiots also shared another video on social media, which showed one of the two Mahindra Thar SUVs trying to drift on the road at an intersection. What actually happened was that the driver, after turning to the left to drift, failed. So he immediately sped up and turned the vehicle towards the right.

Although this attempt also failed, and instead of drifting, the two wheels on the right side of the vehicle became airborne. We can note that the Thar almost toppled off. However, with the help of luck, the vehicle managed to land on the right side, and it did not flip over. The video shows the same incident from two angles.

Have These People Been Arrested?

At the moment, it has not been reported whether these people have been caught or not. However, Lucknow Police, on the same post, has stated:

“The matter has been taken under cognizance by the higher authorities. Identification is being done through CCTV footages and viral videos. Necessary action will be taken once the identification is done.”
