Rider Crashes Into Mahindra Bolero At 90 Kmph, And Walks Away: Caught On Dashcam
As if drinking and driving were already not dangerous enough, people have now started driving after doing illegal drugs. These goons, who think that they are above the law, drive under the influence of drugs, and when they are questioned, they threaten other drivers on the road. Recently, a video of one such drugged rider crashing into a Mahindra Bolero SUV has been shared online.
Drugged rider crashed into Mahindra Bolero
This video of a drugged biker crashing head-on with a Mahindra Bolero has been shared on YouTube by Prateek Singh on their channel. In this clip, what happens is the white Mahindra Bolero with the dashcam was driving on a fairly empty road. The driver in the video's caption has stated that he wanted to make a U-turn on the road.
So, for this, when he spotted a divider, he turned on his right turn indicator and then started steering towards the right. However, just when he was about to take the turn, the video shows that a biker was coming towards this SUV. What's even more shocking is that it does not look like the rider was trying to turn or slow down.
Rather, the video has stated that he crashed into the Bolero at a speed of around 90 kmph. The video also shows that this rider was at a very high speed and was not trying to avert this situation. As a result of this, he came and directly crashed into the front right portion of the Bolero.
What happened to the rider?
The video shows that the rider, after crashing into the Bolero, landed on the roof. As for his bike, it completely flipped over and damaged the front end of the SUV. What's shocking is that despite this idiot rider not wearing a helmet or any other safety equipment, he escaped unhurt from the accident.
Driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol
Over the last few years, the number of drunk driving incidents and people taking drugs before driving has increased a lot. On a number of occasions, these drivers cause serious accidents and endanger their own lives as well as the lives of other innocent people on the road.
As unfortunate as it may be, last year, another incident of driving under the influence of illegal substances was shared online. What happened was a couple was found driving a Tata Nexon EV SUV under the influence of marijuana. Both the driver as well as the co-passenger were high on marijuana, and the driver had no control over the vehicle.
As a result of this uncontrolled driving, their Nexon EV crashed into multiple vehicles on the road. They were eventually stopped after the police authorities called a few heavy earthmover vehicles to block the road. This particular incident took place in Kottayam district of Kerala. It was reported that the couple was traveling through MC Road and was causing chaos on MC Road’s Mariyapalli to Chingavanam section.
Finally, when the vehicle was stopped, the couple was arrested by the police authorities. It was reported that there were still 5 grams of marijuana left in the vehicle. Additionally, there was gold jewellery in the vehicle as well. In addition to this, it was also found by the police authorities that the same couple had been involved in similar incidents before as well. This time around, a case was filed against them for reckless driving and also the usage of an illegal drug.
