The proud dad even shared a video of the moment on Instagram, which went viral in no time.

Sanpal is the chairman of UAE-based ANAX Holding, a Dubai-based company that makes strategic investments in various sectors. He is noted for his flashy lifestyle and splurges on luxury and cars. The video shows him walking into a dealership in Dubai, with his son, Lakshya Sanpal. The Cullinan Series II Black Badge is kept under a veil. The son receives the keys to his multi-crore luxury SUV and watches it being revealed, together with his brother and father.
The Cullinan Series II Black Badge here wears White and has its interior finished in a loud Neon Green colour. This SUV has been customised heavily. The headrests have ‘LS’ written on them. The sill plate reads ‘Hand built in Goodwood, England for Lakshya Sanpal’.
The vehicle has also been specced with the Starlight headliner. Lakshya Sanpal, still in his teenage years, has become the youngest person in the UAE to own a 2025 Cullinan Black Badge. Later in the video, we see the dad and son checking out the SUV in detail.

Rolls-Royce currently sells both the regular Series II Cullinan (Series 2 denotes the facelift) and its Black Badge version in India. The regular Cullinan has an ex-showroom price of Rs 10.50 crores, while the more powerful Black Badge version costs Rs 12.5 Crores, ex-showroom. In Dubai, it has a sticker price of AED 24,99,000 before options.
The Black Badge is the most opulent that a Series II Cullinan can get. The overall design resembles that of the regular version. It, however, gets several Black Chrome trims in various areas of design.
The SUV comes with slim LED headlamps with L-shaped LED Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs) that extend down to the front bumper, a slightly tweaked grille, reworked bumpers with integrated skid plates, and a new set of alloy wheels.
Inside, the Black Badge Cullinan Series II gets a lot of luxuries and tech. It features the latest version of the Rolls’ Spirit infotainment engine, better graphics, and displays. Users can match the colour schemes of the instrument cluster with those of the car’s bodywork. The Series II also gets a new 'display cabinet' design, which looks much like what you find on the Phantom.
Under the hood of the Series II Cullinan Black Badge is a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that makes 600hp and 900Nm. This is more than the regular Cullinan’s 571hp and 850Nm. The transmission on offer here is an 8-speed automatic unit. The SUV also comes with all-wheel drive (AWD).

The cabin has a dual-tone colour scheme comprising a shade of Pink and Off-White. This luxury SUV was delivered in a grand event attended by celebs like Tamannaah Bhatia, Nora Fatehi, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, and Atif Aslam.
