Old Goan Man Revving Up His Porsche 911 Supercar Is Super Cool [Video]

When it comes to passion for cars, the age of a person becomes irrelevant. If a person becomes an automotive enthusiast from a young age, it is certain that even after they grow up, their love for cars will remain the same. Recently, showing a prime example of this, a video was shared online. In this particular clip, a lovely-looking Porsche 911 was being revved. Now, the interesting part was that this supercar is owned by a very old gentleman who has a deep-rooted love for automobiles.
This video of an old gentleman revving up his Porsche 911 has been shared on Instagram. It comes courtesy of Reenz4. In this short clip, we can first see the rear portion of a white-colored 911 with a massive wing.
We can also hear this supercar revving. Many automotive enthusiasts will agree that it has a very intoxicating exhaust note. Following this rev session, we can note that the driver-side door of this supercar opens. It then reveals the owner of this Porsche 911, and he is an old gentleman.
We can note then that he was wearing pajamas and a casual shirt, along with flip-flops. In the meantime, he was also having a conversation with someone standing next to his supercar.
Now first, let’s talk about the car, as there is something very interesting about it apart from its owner. It can be noted from the video that this particular 911 has a massive rear wing. Now, most people who just know Porsche will say that it is a 991.1 911 GT3.
However, only true enthusiasts will know that this 911 is not actually a GT3. In reality, this particular 911 is a Carrera S variant, which is a more common sight in India than the GT3. The owner of this particular 911 has most likely given this supercar an aftermarket body kit to make it appear like a 911 GT3.
Now you may be wondering how we could be so sure about this car not being a 911 GT3. Well, the answer to that is that the video at one point shows the alloy wheels of this car. From there, we can note that this supercar comes equipped with lug nuts. As for a real 911 GT3, it comes with a center lock single wheel nut.
Apart from this, we can note that the interior of this supercar is completely red. As for the hint that gives away its identity, we can note that there is a handle to open the door. However, on a 911 GT3, the company offers a fabric strap to open the door. This is done to save weight on the car to make it perform better on track.
In terms of powertrain, the 911 Carrera S comes equipped with a 3.8-liter, flat-six engine. This iconic motor is capable of producing a maximum power of 400 PS and 440 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 7-speed manual gearbox and the iconic Porsche 7-speed PDK automatic transmission.
Now, coming to the owner of this particular Porsche 911. His name is Noshire Dara Moody, and he is a true automotive enthusiast. He resides in Goa. As per reports, Moody also owns a number of other exotic cars, including a Lamborghini and a few other supercars and luxury cars.
Most recently, he bought himself a Rolls Royce Ghost Series I as well. During the delivery of it, he said that this is his 8th Rolls Royce. The Rolls Royce he bought is finished in a classy shade of deep blue with a brushed aluminum bonnet.
The Rolls Royce Ghost Series I, which Moody bought, comes powered by a massive V12 engine. It is a 6.6-liter twin-turbo petrol engine that generates a maximum of 560 bhp and 780 Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to an automatic transmission.
