10-Year Old BMW 7-Series Modified Into Latest 2025 Version [Video]
Today, one of the most popular trends in India is to convert old vehicles into brand-new by using aftermarket body kits. So far, we have seen different popular models such as Toyota Fortuner, Innova, Audis, BMWs, and Mercedes-Benz cars getting such facelifts. However, recently, a video has gone viral on the internet in which something new has been done. As per the company that has done this conversion, they have converted a 10-year-old F01 BMW 7-Series into the latest G70 7-Series.
This video of the 10-year-old BMW 7-Series getting converted into the brand-new 7-Series has been shared on YouTube by Autorounders on their channel. As most enthusiasts may know, Autorounders is a company that has workshops across Mumbai, Thane, Pune, and Hyderabad. They specialize in paintwork and old-to-new conversions of popular Indian as well as luxury cars.
F01 BMW 7-Series to G70 7-Series Conversion
Starting off the video, the owner of Autorounders mentions that they recently received this F01 BMW 7-Series, and it has come from Hyderabad. He added that the owner of this BMW has bought this sedan specifically for this conversion, after which he mentions that, apart from the exterior, they will also give its interior a complete makeover as well.
The owner of the shop then starts by listing out all the changes that they will be making to this 7-Series. He states that, at the front, they will be completely changing the front fascia, which will include a brand-new front bumper, LED headlights, DRLs, and a new grille.
The owner highlights that the special part about this grille is that it gets an illuminated bezel LED DRL. He states that it is the same as the latest-generation model, which the company offers from the factory.
Following this, he adds that they will also be cutting the rear quarter panels and welding in new parts to make sure that the new LED taillights fit properly. It has been mentioned in the video that they are not making any structural changes to this vehicle; rather, they are just cosmetic fabrications.
The rear bumper also gets completely changed as part of the upgrade. In addition to this, the owner also mentions that they will paint this car in the original Oxide Grey metallic color, which the company offers. Following this, the video shows the vehicle getting fitted with these new parts and getting into the paint booth for the final paint.
Interior Customization
The Autorounders owner in the video highlights that they have also completely reupholstered the interior of this 7-Series. He mentions that they have given it real Nappa leather upholstery, which is very expensive. Also, they have added satin wooden trims on the dashboard to give it a classy appearance. Other additions include a new infotainment system and a digital instrument gauge cluster.
Pricing of This Kit
In the video, the owner has not mentioned the cost of this complete transformation. However, the price of the kit is Rs 5 lakh. It comes with all the necessary parts, including the headlights, taillights, bonnet, rear boot, front and rear bumper, and fenders, to completely transform the F01 7-Series into the G70 7-Series. The cost of fitting, painting, and interior is currently unknown.
