Last week, we saw videos and images of the Tesla Cybertruck on Indian roads. This is India’s first Cybertruck, and it has been imported by Surat-based businessman Lavji Daliya. The videos of his Cybertruck have been circulating online, and we now have a new video where we see the interior of the Cybertruck while it is being driven on Indian roads.

The video has been shared by Supercars Club on their Instagram page. In the first video, we get a glimpse of the cabin and the view from the cabin of the Tesla Cybertruck. As this is a truck, the electric vehicle offers a commanding driving position and view from the cabin. We see Tesla’s signature no-button dashboard in the Cybertruck too.

All the controls of the vehicle are managed by the large touchscreen infotainment system on the dashboard. The same screen even acts as an instrument cluster, as there is no dedicated display for that purpose.

The car is originally registered in Dubai, but it looks like the autonomous system in the electric truck is working fine. On the touchscreen display, we can see that the vehicle is detecting two-wheelers and trucks on the road. We are not sure if the system is tuned to detect stray cattle and dogs on Indian roads.

The person is driving the car through the streets of Surat, and it is definitely a head-turner. In the next clip, we see the car being driven on the driveway of a private property. We are not sure about the location here. We see the electric vehicle slowly moving forward on a fully paved track.

As per the reports available online, Lavji Daliya had booked the Cybertruck almost 6 months ago, got it delivered to Dubai where he registered it. The car was then shipped to India via Carnet, and it is likely to stay here for 6 months or more.

The Cybertruck is an American electric truck that measures around 5.87 metres in length. The exterior is finished in Tesla’s stainless steel alloy shade. Mr. Daliya even got his company name etched onto the rear quarter panel. The Cybertruck comes with a 122.4 kWh battery pack.

This battery powers the electric motors that generate 600 PS. The Cybertruck is available with single, dual, and triple motor setups. The dual and triple motor setups offer AWD, while the single motor version is an RWD SUV. The triple motor variant generates a maximum of 834 PS.

We are not sure which variant is seen in the images. The dual-motor variant can do 0–100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, while the triple motor variant can do the same in just 2.6 seconds.

The Tesla Cybertruck is actually being marketed as a heavy-duty pickup truck in many markets. The truck can deliver over 400 km of range on a single charge under real-world driving conditions. Tesla is testing their affordable or entry-level models, Model 3 and Model Y, in India, and the launch of these models is expected to happen soon.
