Four Friends Take Delivery Of Their Toyota Fortuner Legenders On The Same Day [Video]
One of the best feelings for any man is when he and his friends grow in life at the same time. There is nothing greater than enjoying success with the friends who have been around for a long time. Recently, celebrating such success, four friends took delivery of four Toyota Fortuners at the same time. Three of these friends bought the Fortuner Legender, while one of the friends bought the top-of-the-line Fortuner GR-Sport. All four of them took delivery of these SUVs at the same time.
Four friends buy four Toyota Fortuners together
The video showing the four friends taking delivery of their Toyota Fortuners has been shared on Instagram by Neelam Toyota on their page. Neelam Toyota is a dealership from Balasore, Odisha. This clip starts with the four friends, namely Saumya, Deepak, Surya, and Susant, arriving at the Toyota dealership.
Following this, each of them checks out their respective Fortuners parked inside the dealership, ready for delivery. The sales representative then hands over the keys to each of the friends one after the other. They all then cut their individual cakes and pose with the newly bought SUVs before bringing them out in front of the dealership.
We can note that one of these was the Fortuner GR-Sport, while the other three were Fortuner Legenders. They all then start driving out of the dealership in a convoy with their decorated Fortuners. It can be seen that the public on the road was looking at this lineup of cars in awe.
Fortuner GR-Sport and Legender
The Fortuner GR-Sport is currently the most expensive Fortuner on sale in India, and it is followed by the Legender. Currently, the GR-Sport, or Gazoo Racing Sport variant of the Fortuner, is priced at Rs 52.34 lakh (ex-showroom). As for the Legender, it starts at Rs 44.51 lakh and goes up to Rs 50.09 lakh for the Neo Drive variant.
Unlike the standard Fortuner, the GR-Sport gets a unique and sportier-looking front and rear bumper. Meanwhile, the Legender also gets a unique front and rear bumper. Both get the same sleek LED headlights with LED DRLs. They also come equipped with different interior upholstery compared to the standard variants.
Both the Fortuner GR-Sport and Legender come powered by the same 2.8-liter turbo-diesel engine as the standard model. This motor is capable of producing around 204 bhp and 500 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 6-speed manual (Legender 4X4). The new Legender now also gets a 48V mild-hybrid system (Neo Drive) as well.
Three brothers buy three Land Rover Defenders
The above video is not the first time that we have seen a group taking delivery of the same model of car on the same day. Recently, a video was shared online in which three brothers took delivery of three Land Rover Defenders on the same day. These brothers from Noida took deliveries of their SUVs with their families, and the video went viral on the internet.
Back in 2022, three friends also made it to the headlines after buying three blue-colored Jeep Compass SUVs. These friends, who were each individually searching for their next car, decided to finalize the Jeep Compass. Following this, they all took delivery of their cars at the same time.
