In India, the population of expensive cars has gone up in the last decade. Cars from brands like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, and Range Rover have become a common sight on our roads. Most people who buy such cars often pay crores and also expect premium products and service from the brands. However, that has not always been the case. Here we have a video where a Range Rover Sport is seen parked on the roadside by a frustrated customer after the luxury SUV developed issues and the service center hasn’t been able to fix them.

The video has been shared by Awesome Amdavad on their Instagram page. In this video, we see a black-coloured Range Rover Sport parked on the roadside. It looks like the owner bought this SUV almost 2 years ago and since then, he has been facing issues.

He has made multiple visits to the dealership and service center and yet has not found a resolution to the issue. The vehicle has been showing problems; however, we do not have details on what exactly is wrong with the car.

Is it a mechanical issue that affects the basic functioning of the vehicle, or is it some issue with the fit and finish or the features in the car? Whatever the issue may have been, the owner at this point is so frustrated that he decided to paste banners on his car as a sign of protest to show what he has been going through even after spending over ₹2.10 crore for a luxury SUV.

The banners at the front and the back of the SUV show how frustrated the owner is. He mentions that he has been visiting Cargo Motors for the last 25 months and has still not got his issue resolved.

In the other poster or banner, he says that he has faced a poor experience from the dealer and is requesting people to make this go viral just to teach the company and the dealer a lesson.

He also mentions that anyone who can get him justice will be rewarded ₹51,000. He even mentions that he regrets buying a car worth ₹2.10 crore as he is facing issues with both the product and the after-sales service.

Generally, Range Rovers are not considered the most reliable cars. They are known to develop issues over a period of time. As most modern cars around the world are packed with features, technologies, and sensors, the chances of them going bad have also gone up. This is not just limited to Range Rovers.

This becomes a major problem when the brand is unable to fix the issue. We are not sure whether the customer has filed a case with the consumer court, as he can actually claim that the brand has sold him a defective product and has not offered him proper service.

We have seen many such cases in the past where the court rules in favour of the customer, and the customer is compensated for the defective product and the bad experience he or she had.
