Goa's Ganesh Festival Lottery Offering 20 Cars Including Mahindra BE6, Thar Roxx, BMW, Audi
Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the most popular festivals celebrated across India. Every region has its way of celebrating this festival, and in Goa’s Quepem town, things are done in a unique manner. During this festival, a yearly lottery is organised, and winners have a chance to get their hands on some of the most unique prizes. This year, for the 2025 lottery draw, there are 20 cars for the people to win. These prizes include BMW 5-Series, Audi Q3, Toyota Innova Hycross, Mahindra Thar ROXX, and many others.

The video showing these prize cars parked next to each other has been shared on Instagram by Tanmay Naik on their page. In this short clip, we can note all the cars that are part of the “Mahaprasad Pavti Prizes 2025.” It is a book lottery organized by Sarvajanik Ganeshutsav Mandal, Quepem, Goa. In the clip, we can see the cars including Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Skoda Kylaq, Kia Sonet, and Tata Nexon.
It then continues to show the other cars, including Kia Syros, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Tata Curvv, MG Windsor EV, Mahindra BE 6, and an Audi Q3. Following this, the line once again starts from the other side, and this time the cars include Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Hyundai Venue, and a Honda Amaze.
On the other premium side of the prizes are cars like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, another Grand Vitara, Mahindra Thar ROXX, Toyota Innova Hycross, and a BMW 5-Series from the latest G90 generation. In total, there are 20 cars for the winners to get. Most likely, there are some other prizes such as two-wheelers and appliances as well.
What is this lottery and who organizes it?
As mentioned, this lottery is called the Mahaprasad Pavti 2025, and it is organised by Sarvajanik Ganesh Utsav Mandal, Quepem, a town located in Goa. This committee was established back in 1988, and it was registered in 2002. This committee is primarily focused on performing the Ganesh Chaturthi Festival.
During the festival, they conduct all religious activities related to it. They also maintain the venue (Municipality Garden) where the festivities take place. Apart from these, they also organize dramas and other cultural events at the venue. The committee also felicitates meritorious students and grants scholarships to deserving and needy students.
Sarvajanik Ganeshutsav Mandal also undertakes various charitable activities for community benefit. They also publish souvenirs and periodicals related to the organization’s activities and the Ganesh Chaturthi Festival.
Last year, the prizes of their Mahaprasad Pavti included Toyota Fortuner, Mahindra XUV700, Kia Seltos, Jeep Compass, Tata Safari, Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Honda City, Hyundai Creta, and many other cars. They also gave away scooters including TVS iQube, Suzuki Burgman, and others.
