When a business owner takes care of his employees, his business grows at an exponential rate. This happens because the employees feel secure, and they feel appreciated. As a result, they work extremely hard and put in their 100 percent effort. Recently, one such jewellery shop owner from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, showed his appreciation for his loyal and hardworking employees by giving them cars, smartphones, gold bars, and holiday packages.
Gujarat jewellery shop owner gifts employees cars, phones, and gold
The video of the jewellery shop from Gujarat, which gifted its employees, has been shared on YouTube by CNBC-TV18 on their channel. In this video, an employee of the shop who was recently gifted a Toyota Innova Hycross was seen arriving at the shop and parking it at the front.
Following this, the video shows a few other cars, including a Tata Nexon, Hyundai Exter, Grand i10 Nios, and a Mahindra XUV700, parked on the road as well. All of these cars were recently gifted to the selected employees of KK Jewels, a Gujarat-based company which has an annual turnover of Rs 200 crore.
Moving on, the video shows that a few other employees of this famous jewellery shop were given Samsung Fold 5 smartphones and pure gold bars. In the same video, one of the employees talks about this experience in the shop. He stated the owner gifted him a Toyota Innova Hycross because of his dedication.
The employee added that he has been working in the shop for over 10 years, and the owner of the shop takes care of them like family. Another employee, who received the Samsung Fold 5 smartphone, stated that she loves working for KK Jewels, and this gift is a token of appreciation for the hard work she and others have done.
Cars gifted by the jewellery shop owner
In addition to these employees, the shop owner has also gifted a few other employees cars as well. The video shows all of the cars lined up during the delivery ceremony. These included a Hyundai Exter, Tata Nexon, Maruti XL6, Hyundai Venue, 3 Mahindra XUV700, Toyota Innova Hycross, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Brezza, and 2 Hyundai Grand i10 Nios hatchbacks.
All of the respective employees who received these cars were seen standing in front of their cars with a huge smile on their faces. In addition to these gifts, the video also mentions the jewellery shop owner also gifted many other employees holiday packages with their families to make sure that they are also appreciated.
Chennai engineering firm gifted Mercedes, Seltos, and other cars
This is not the first time that a business owner has gifted his employees cars. Last year, a Chennai-based company, Team Detailing Solutions, rewarded its employees with 28 cars and 29 bikes. Yes, you heard that right. The list of vehicles gifted includes a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, and many others.
Sridhar Kannan, Managing Director of the company at the time, stated, “We wanted to show our appreciation for their (employees’) tireless efforts in driving the company’s success. We believe our employees are our greatest assets.” He added, “We select the candidates who are highly motivated, and the concept of buying a car or a bike is like a dream for them.”
