When the video starts, we see a Honda City underneath a Tata Harrier SUV. Only the front wheel of the Harrier is touching the road. Apart from this, the Harrier is actually resting on the roof of the City sedan. As mentioned above, the exact cause of the crash is not mentioned in the post.
