A few weeks ago, the major story on most channels in India and abroad was the tension and conflict between India and Pakistan after the tragic chapter of the Pahalgam attack. Later, a ceasefire was declared, and both countries have now made the security on the borders even stricter. As a response to the attack, the Indian Army and Air Force conducted strikes in Pakistan, which also became news. We conducted Operation Sindoor and targeted terrorist camps in Pakistan. Here, we have a video where a Hyundai Exter owner got so carried away by emotions that he decided to wrap his car to pay tribute to Operation Sindoor.

The video was shared with us on WhatsApp, and by looking at the registration plate, it appears that the car is from Karnataka. The owner of this car has completely turned it into a tribute to the Pahalgam attack and India’s response to it. He has essentially turned his car into an Operation Sindoor memorial on wheels.

The owner has a huge sticker on the rear windshield of the Hyundai Exter that says "Operation Sindoor." He also has another sticker on the bumper just below the registration plate, although it is not very clear. You can also notice a dummy missile placed on the roof of the Hyundai Exter.

The sides of the car, including the windows, are fully wrapped. The rear passenger window on one side displays images of fighter jets that were used in the operation. The Indian flag is also visible on the doors. On the driver’s side door, there is an image of Colonel Sofia Qureshi, who addressed the nation following the success of Operation Sindoor.

The owner even has an image of an air defense missile system on the driver-side window. Towards the end of the video, we get a glimpse of the bonnet of the Hyundai Exter, which has also been wrapped. Another sticker saying "Operation Sindoor" is seen there as well. It is quite clear from the video that the owner of the Exter wanted to express his love for the country, but we feel this might be a bit excessive.

Moreover, the modifications made to this vehicle are actually illegal. He has wrapped the windows, which is against the law. This obstructs visibility and prevents people from seeing the interior of the car due to the stickers.

Our viewers noticed that a passenger in the rear seat of the Hyundai Exter had thrown some waste on the road. The comment section of this video is filled with reactions like: “Opening the window and throwing trash on the road. Deshbhakt kam aur 15 minutes of fame lag raha merko.” “Wannabe deshbhakts” “I also modified a car with the logo of Operation Education.”

Most viewers felt that this display was unnecessary, and the car owner merely wanted to attract attention on the road or perhaps on social media.

Sadly, this is not a one-of-a-kind case. Another man from Pune had a similar idea and decided to show off his love for the country by wrapping his Mahindra Thar. Not only did he cover the car with stickers for Operation Sindoor, but he also referenced the Pahalgam attack, which was not something to glorify. He should have only focused on Operation Sindoor, but perhaps he got carried away by emotions. He even wrapped the windshield with an Operation Sindoor sticker.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think this is genuine patriotism, or is it just another attempt to gain publicity on social media? Let us know in the comments section.
