With social media becoming an integral part of our lives, many people have picked up content creation as a career, while others try to create viral content by performing dangerous stunts in public places. Here, we have a video of a Hyundai Venue SUV where the driver got instant karma after attempting a stunt. He lost control of the vehicle, and it fell off a cliff. He narrowly escaped the accident with minor injuries.

The video has been shared by Prateek Singh on his YouTube channel. In this video, we see a current-generation Hyundai Venue being driven in reverse next to a cliff somewhere in Maharashtra. The driver was probably trying to do donuts in his SUV. He had locked the steering in one direction and was attempting to turn the car in circles.

It appears he wasn’t very experienced in performing such stunts. He drove the car in reverse, and before he realized it, the car had turned and was too close to the cliff. The person recording the video sensed that things didn’t look good and immediately warned him to stop.

However, the driver couldn’t do anything as he had likely lost control of the vehicle. The front wheel of the Venue was already going down the slope. The driver panicked and tried to steer the vehicle back onto level ground, but it was too late.

The Hyundai Venue, as we know, is a front-wheel-drive SUV. With no power to the rear wheels and all the weight from the engine at the front, the car slowly slipped down. It went down around 300 feet before crashing into tree branches and coming to a stop.

The video mentions that the driver managed to escape the crash and is safe. The vehicle, as seen in the video, is damaged. The front of the SUV is completely wrecked, and if you watch the video, it is lying sideways. The bonnet, windshield, front bumper, wheels, and grille all appear damaged. Recovering the vehicle is going to be a difficult task, as it would require help from a professional crane operator.

This video is a perfect example of how risky it is to perform stunts in unsupervised or public areas. The driver was doing this stunt just for the sake of likes on his social media profile. He has probably learned his lesson and is unlikely to repeat the same in the future.

He was extremely lucky to have escaped the crash unhurt. People who often perform such stunts do not consider safety. If you watch the video, there were other people present at the spot when this happened. If the car had lost control and hit any of the other visitors or tourists, it could have led to a much more serious situation.

Never attempt such stunts in public places or on roads. The reason he likely couldn’t complete the donut properly was probably because the traction control on the Venue was not turned off. This technology stops the wheels whenever it detects slippage and is useful while driving on regular roads.
