Drunk Woman In Hyundai Verna Crashes Into Taxi And Creates Ruckus On The Road [Video]

Drunk driving is a serious offence around the world and everyone knows it. We have seen several videos on the internet where people driving or riding a vehicle under the influence of alcohol have caused accidents. In India, we have seen drunk people not only cause accidents but also argue with the locals. Here we have one such video where a drunk woman in a Hyundai Verna crashed into a taxi in a residential area and created a ruckus on the road.
The video has been shared by A1 News on their website. As per the video, the accident happened somewhere in Jaipur, Rajasthan. In the video, we see a woman walking towards a Hyundai Verna in a residential colony.
It looks like she was drunk and was driving the car. While entering the lane, she crashed her car into a taxi that was parked in the lane. She was so drunk that she didn’t realise she had caused an accident and continued driving the vehicle.
It looks like the video was recorded right outside her house where she was trying to park the vehicle. People who saw the accident gathered around the vehicle, and when the woman got out, she started arguing with them.
She was not ready to listen and then got back into the car. The person recording the video was trying to get her out of the vehicle as she was not actually in a condition to drive. She started the car and reversed the sedan a bit. The person recording the video asked her to stop the car and get out. However, she kept insisting that she was not drunk at all. She said something about her father, but it was not clear in the video.
The woman reversed the car and narrowly missed crashing into another car parked in the lane. The person recording the video was trying to reason with her and get her out of the vehicle, but she was screaming and arguing while insisting that she was not drunk.
She drove the car forward and people on the roadside moved away. The left front side of the car was damaged after she crashed the sedan into the taxi. People who had gathered around wanted a solution to the issue, and we can hear them asking the woman to get out, talk to the taxi driver, and compensate him for the damages. It was clearly the woman who was at fault here.
The video mentions that the locals had called the cops and were waiting for them to arrive. The comments section under the video consists of remarks suggesting that the only reason she was still behind the steering wheel was because she was a woman. If it had been a man, people would have already dragged him out of the vehicle and slapped him before handing him over to the cops.
Never drive a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Driving a car under the influence is extremely dangerous, as the driver is not only putting their own life but also the lives of other road users at risk.
The legal limit of alcohol content in the blood is 0.03% or 30 mg per 100 ml of blood. If a person driving has a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) level of 30 mg per 100 ml of blood, he or she can be booked under Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act. Drunk people often have compromised senses and slower response times to obstacles on the road.
People often become overconfident after drinking, which leads to such accidents. In case you have a drink, leave your vehicle behind or take a driver.
