Indian billionaires buying expensive cars and SUVs is not a new thing, and we have featured many of them on our website in the past. One such name that has been circulating on the internet is Venu Gopalakrishnan. He is the founder of Litmus7, an IT firm based in Kerala.

He is the same person who bought India’s most expensive number plate for his Lamborghini Urus. After the Urus, he bought many more expensive cars, including India’s first Rolls-Royce Ghost Black Badge. He also bought a G-Wagen and recently purchased a fancy number for it as well. Recently, a video surfaced online showing him driving the same G-Wagen off-road.

The video was shared by World Car Spotter on their Instagram page. In this video, we see the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG with registration number KL07DH0007 climbing up a hill in Kerala. The businessman had allegedly paid around Rs 25 lakh this time for this fancy number. It looks like Venu and his friends had decided to explore an off-road location in their SUVs.

The G63 AMG is known for its off-road capabilities, and we have seen many videos of the older-generation models performing off-road. However, the later-generation models of the G63 were often seen more as luxury SUVs, and most Indians who own them are reluctant to take them off-road as they are expensive to repair and maintain.

The video shows Venu’s G63 AMG along with an old Mahindra Jeep and a Range Rover SUV in the background. Venu Gopalakrishnan opted for a unique and classy shade of satin military green. He also chose gloss black for the alloy wheels, and the interior of this SUV is finished in black leather.

He had also opted for the rear-seat entertainment package, which adds two screens for rear passengers. Powering the 2025 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG is a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 motor that produces 585 bhp and 850 Nm of torque. Transmission duties are handled by a 9-speed DCT.

Apart from the G63 AMG, he owns a variety of other expensive cars, like the Lamborghini Urus Performante. He paid Rs 46 lakh for the fancy number on this luxury SUV. He also owns cars such as the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato, Porsche 911 Turbo S, and more. The reason why Venu opts for this number is because the digit 7 is part of his company’s name. Many cars in his collection carry this number.

Other than cars, he also has a taste for expensive bikes and owns a BMW R1300 GSA adventure tourer motorcycle, a BMW M1000 XR, and four more BMW motorcycles. He has plans to expand his garage in the coming years.

He has already booked a Porsche 911 GT3 and is also likely to pick up a McLaren. Venu Gopalakrishnan is one of those personalities who not only likes to own expensive cars but also uses them regularly. In one of the interviews, he mentioned that he drives his Porsche and Lamborghini to the office on a regular basis.
