He is the founder of RP Group, which is a conglomerate that is based in Dubai and operates multiple businesses spanning across the Middle East, India, and other countries. Pillai recently bought himself a brand-new Rs 650 crore Gulfstream G600, and a video showing him taking delivery of it was shared online.

This video showing the delivery of billionaire Ravi Pillai taking delivery of his brand-new Gulfstream G600 has been shared on YouTube by Manorama News on their channel. In this short video, the Rs 650 crore Gulfstream G600 long-range private jet was seen arriving at the Kochi Airport in Kerala. Pillai, along with his family, was present at the airport to receive the delivery of his latest acquisition.
It can be noted that this particular Gulfstream G600 is finished in the classy white color, with the front portion finished in blue and a beautiful golden decal on the side. The registered name of Pillai’s jet is “T7-RAVI.” The video shows that the G600 was welcomed with a water salute by fire trucks, which is a symbol of respect.
It is generally done before the first flight of an aircraft. Additionally, the video then shows the completely custom-made interior of Ravi Pillai's Gulfstream G600. It is finished in the premium white color with black stitching and accents. Also, there is the use of a lot of custom dark veneer, which adds to the opulence of the interior of this jet.

Gulfstream G600
The Gulfstream G600 is currently one of the most expensive long-range private jets in the world. It uses twin engines, which are produced by Savannah, Georgia-based Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. The jet can cruise at a maximum altitude of 51,000 ft and has a maximum range of about 12,223 km. As stated, Ravi Pillai paid approximately Rs 650 crore for this jet.

Airbus H145
Apart from the newly bought Gulfstream G600, the billionaire also owns an Airbus H145 helicopter. What makes his helicopter more special is that it was the first one in the country. He took delivery of it in Kovalam, Kerala. It is currently one of the most sought-after helicopters in the world. It is a compact, four-blade helicopter that can accommodate two pilots and seven passengers. It is powered by two Safran HE Ariel 2C2 turboshaft engines.
The maximum power generated by these engines is 785 kW. It is capable of reaching speeds up to 246 kmph and operating at altitudes of 20,000 feet. The H145 is a technological marvel. Airbus will be making only 1,500 units of the H145 helicopter for the entire global market. Apart from Pillai, M.A. Yusuff Ali of the Lulu Group also owns the same helicopter.
Rolls-Royce Ghost Series I
Apart from the ultra-expensive aircraft, Ravi Pillai also owns a ton of luxury cars as well. His most luxurious car is a Rolls-Royce Ghost Series I. It was bought by him back in 2011 and resides at his residence in Kollam, Kerala. It is powered by a massive 6.5-liter V12 that makes 570 bhp and 780 Nm of torque.
Mercedes-Maybach S600
Another opulent luxury sedan in his collection is the white Mercedes-Maybach S600. He bought this luxury sedan finished in a beautiful shade of white. This sedan features amenities like a state-of-the-art infotainment system, ambient lighting, seat massagers, an integrated perfume system, and a panoramic sunroof. As for power, it gets a 6.0-liter V12 engine delivering 530 bhp and 800 Nm of torque.
Mercedes-Maybach S500
The billionaire also bought another Mercedes-Maybach. However, this particular Maybach S500 was gifted to his daughter at her wedding. Reportedly, the total expenditure on the wedding was Rs 55 crore. Unlike the S600, the S500 is powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. This motor generates a maximum power of 453 bhp and 700 Nm of torque.
Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography
No billionaire's garage is complete without a Land Rover Range Rover. Pillai owns an Autobiography variant. The exact engine option chosen by him is unknown.
BMW 5 Series
