Indian actor Harshvardhan Rane works primarily in Hindi and Telugu films. Like many other famous actors, he too owns several vehicles. There is even a camper van in his collection. While we have seen many celebrities own vanity vans, very few have built proper campers, and even fewer put them to good use. A recent video that Rane shared on his Instagram handle shows him on a camping day with the vehicle.

The Video

It starts by showing the vehicle parked in a camping site. Soon, we see how it got there. The actor drives it himself. He parks it carefully and relaxes for a while. Then we see him setting up the kitchen. He gets the utensils cleaned, cuts the vegetables, and prepares Maggi.

Rane’s handle also has pictures of him camping with the vehicle. These show the camper van to be well-equipped. It seems to be based on a wide-body variant of the Force Traveller and has both an indoor kitchen and a retractable kitchen table. Even a retractable fabric roof has been installed on the vehicle.

A previous video gives a more detailed view of the camper van. It seems to have a comfortable living space and a roof area that can accommodate a camping chair. The owner can be seated there, enjoying the view around. In addition to these, it also has a washroom, workstation, wardrobe, and more.

The actor had gifted himself the camper van on his birthday in 2022. Back then, he also said that it was his dream for over 12 years to own the vehicle.

A Closer Look At Rane’s Garage

The actor added a Toyota Innova Hycross Hybrid to his garage in April last year. He bought the MPV in White (Platinum Pearl White). It seems to be the fully-loaded variant. With its 2.0-litre four-cylinder hybrid petrol engine, the Hycross is now being used by many celebrities and has an ex-showroom price of Rs 30.68 lakh in India.

In September this year, he also bought a brand-new Maruti Jimny. Instead of keeping it stock, Rane has done tasteful modifications to his Jimny. It isn’t, however, one of those wildly built, extreme off-roading monsters that you see in some garages.

Changes on this vehicle are subtle and tasteful. Rane bought the Jimny in White and then tweaked its cosmetics. It now wears decals and has ‘DJango 2.0’ written on the front fender. He hasn’t upgraded oversized off-road tyres.

As you know, the Jimny is a capable off-roader. It is powered by a 103hp 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine that comes mated to a five-speed and four-speed automatic transmission options. It comes with four-wheel drive hardware and offers a torque of 134 Nm. In the upcoming months, we may get to see the actor customize the SUV further. This isn’t, however, the first Jimny in B-town. Actor Fardeen Khan also owns one.

Another interesting find in his garage is a heavily customized Royal Enfield Shotgun 650. It has a all-bare Aluminium look. The front fender, fuel tank, rear fender, and side panels have brushed Aluminum finish. This is, in fact, a one-of-one build. Rane’s name has also been engraved at the centre of the handlebar.

The motorcycle definitely looks distinctive. We don’t know the actual cost of this build though. This motorcycle has a 649cc, air-and-oil-cooled, parallel-twin engine that makes 47 bhp and 52 Nm, mated to a six-speed transmission.

Another interesting motorcycle in Rane’s garage is the BMW R NineT Scrambler that is powered by a 1170cc, 2-Cylinder 4-Stroke Boxer Engine that makes 109 hp.
