desi gta 6 videos on instagram trending

The Grand Theft Auto (GTA) franchise needs no introduction. Many of us have grown up playing the various instalments of these. If you were born in the 90s, you'd agree that at some point in time, you used to be addicted to the GTA Vice City. The younger crowd would relate more to the likes of GTA V and San Andreas. The gamer community has been eagerly waiting for Rockstar Games to release GTA 6. In fact, the game has been so delayed that we got almost everything (including an India-Pak war) before GTA 6! Social media, however, isn't ready to wait and various creators have shared their own versions of GTA adaptations online! Indian comic Kartik Sadvij has lately been sharing 'desi' GTA 6 videos with himself as the main character! These are indeed hilarious!

Hilarious Desi GTA 6 Videos Impress The Internet!

The creator has posted multiple GTA 6-themed videos on his Instagram handle. The earliest of these shows 'GTA Mumbai'. Set in the backdrop of Mumbai, this video shows the main character 'hijacking' an auto rikshaw, and later unleashing havoc in Mumbai.

At the end of the video, we see him being shot down by the Mumbai police, who is seen arriving in a White Mahindra Scorpio with cop-spec livery.

In another video shared with the caption ' We got haircuts in GTA Mumbai before GTA VI', we see the character coming out of a hospital and walking into a salon- ' Babu's Barbar Shop' and getting a haircut. The user is seen scrolling through various hairstyles, which reflect realtime on the character. Interestingly, the available styles are all borrowed from Bollywood.

Cheat codes have always been critical (and popular) in the GTA franchise. We have loved using 'Panzer' to spawn a tank or 'LeaveMeAlone' to get rid of the cops. Another video shows the various cheat codes of 'GTA Mumbai'.

Various 'desi' cheat codes are seen spawning vehicles such as JCB backhoe loader, Maruti Omni, motorcycle, and even a Porsche 911. Imagine typing in 'JaantaHeinMeraBaapKonHein' to spawn a Mahindra Scorpio or 'EssayWriting' to spawn a 911- hilarious!

Another video shows 'how to stop a train in GTA Mumbai'- by piling buses and backhoe loaders in front of it and by digging a hole- crazy!

Another video shows the character stealing a cop car- a White Mahindra Scorpio, and getting on a vigilante mission. The vehicle stops near 'Nobo Comedy Club' and the character goes inside. He then beats up the comic who was seen performing. The screen then shows 'Threat eliminated'- a nod to Kartik's comedy career.

A GTA-themed video also tends to promote stock trading. It is interesting to see how this creator blends promotions into GTA-themed content and makes a living out of it.

Another video shows 'GTA Goa', in which the main character is seen driving a taxi in Goa. The 'cabbie' deals roughly with his passengers and this could remind many of real-life drivers of the place!

A different video shows action taking place in Bengaluru. The character is seen waiting for a 'Rapido' two-wheeeler. The scooter arrives, and he gets on. Just as they were about to start the trip, an autorikshaw arrives, the driver of which forcefully picks him up and scares off the Rapido rider. He then asks the protagonist where he wanted to go. He says 'Electronic City'. The driver says 'Not possible' and immediately cancels the ride- leaving him stranded on the streets. Though funny, many of Bengaluru's residents would relate to this!
