It is no secret that successful Instagrammers and creators have fancy lives and drool-worthy lifestyles. They often create crazy (and interesting) content to keep their followers engaged. Some of them can be quite wholesome to watch. Recently, two Indian influencers decided to 'follow and stalk' their 62-year old dad who set out on the first group trip with his newly-bought Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650. Their choice of wheels for the journey was a Ford Mustang GT.

This story stems from a video (reel) shared on Instagram by the influencers Aakriti Rana and Aditya Rana. In it we see the Aakriti and Aditya seated in a Ford Mustang and explaining the plan. They say that they are about to follow their dad in the Mustang.
The dad, 62-year-old Rajesh Rana, recently purchased a brand-new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650, and is just about to embark on a long ride with it- together with several other riders. Aakriti and Aditya decide to 'follow and stalk' their father on his bike trip.
The video further shows Rajesh riding the motorcycle along with other bikers. His Super Meteor 650 is finished in the Celestial Blue shade. Being extra protective, Aakriti and Aditya closely follow the Royal Enfield.
Soon the motorcyclists enter a rough road, and the influencers follow him with their Mustang. Aakriti and Aditya later remarked that they found it difficult to follow the Super Meteor on bad roads with the Mustang, but somehow made it. The 396 bhp pony car is seen driving through ruts and rough patches. We further get to see the riders having pitstops and cruising through highways.
Soon after the video went live, Rajesh Rana showed up with an interesting comment. He wrote 'I bought a bike so that I can disappear. Next time I will wear disruptive combat dress'. Netizens loved this comment as much as they loved the reel. 'the coolest dad ever. Is he open to adopting?' replied a user. Another user said 'your aura. You are such a cutie uncle'. A third user commented 'Sir giving “the coolest dad” alert!' 'The coolest family on the Internet' wrote another.
It is heartwarming to see that Rajesh Rana was fully geared up during the ride. He had a good quality helmet on. He is also seen wearing a proper riding jacket (with safety armour), gloves and boots. These ensure optimum safety levels in most scenarios. He is known to be planning his next ride to Himachal Pradesh.

What make this video (and the incident it depicts) special are the two vehicles involved- Ford Mustang GT and Royal Enfield (RE) Super Meteor 650. Both these vehicles excel on highways. The Super Meteor performs and handles well on smooth roads and at highway speeds.
It is powered by a 648cc twin-cylinder engine that produces 47 bhp and 52.3 Nm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle gets USD forks for improved dynamics.
And for the Mustang GT, the powerhouse is a 5.0-liter V8 TiVCT petrol unit. It is capable of producing 401 PS of power and 515 Nm of torque. The fastback has a 6-speed automatic transmission. With Ford having exited India in 2021, it is difficult to find Mustangs these days. Their prices, however, haven't fallen much in the pre-owned market.
