Actor-Comedian Karan Kundra Gifts Himself A Mercedes G400D Worth Rs 3 Crore
The presence and aura that a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen has on roads are unmatched. For this reason, it is one of the favourite luxury SUVs of rich actors and business tycoons. Recently, Karan Kundra, one of the very popular television artists, fulfilled his long-standing dream of buying a brand-new Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen. Kundra has now shared images of his newly bought Mercedes-Benz G400d worth Rs 3 crore.

The images of Karan Kundra with his brand-new Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen have been shared on Instagram by the actor himself. In the images, we can see him posing in front of the G-Class. The actor has also only added “G” in the caption of his images. Prior to this, he shared another image of his SUV parked at the dealership on the day of delivery. Most likely, the delivery video of this new G-Wagen will be shared in the coming days.
As mentioned above, the television actor has opted for the Mercedes-Benz G400d variant of this popular luxury off-roader SUV. It starts at Rs 2.55 crore (ex-showroom). Kundra has chosen the classy shade of Night Black for his G400d. This particular SUV sits underneath the G63 AMG in the G-Wagen lineup. The G63 is the more powerful version of this SUV.
The Mercedes-Benz G400d comes powered by a 3.0-litre inline six-cylinder diesel engine, codenamed OM656. It is capable of producing 326 bhp and 700 Nm of torque. For transmission duties, it gets a 9-speed automatic transmission. Despite weighing over 2.5 tonnes, the G400d can execute a sprint from 0–100 kmph in just 6.4 seconds, which is quite impressive.
Apart from the G400d, the G-Wagen—more specifically, the G63 AMG—comes powered by a hand-built 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 motor. It makes 585 bhp and 850 Nm of torque and comes mated to a 9-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. The G63 AMG, on the other hand, can do the 0–100 kmph sprint in just 4.3 seconds, which is even more impressive considering that it is shaped like a brick.

The Mercedes-Benz G400d is an upgrade for Karan Kundra. He also owns a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon finished in a classy shade of Sarge Green, which is a deep yet bright colour. The actor has also opted for massive aftermarket alloy wheels as well. He recently took his Jeep Wrangler, along with his girlfriend Tejasswi Prakash, on an adventure camping trip.
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is an extreme off-roader SUV and sits below the G-Wagen in the luxury off-roading sequence. It comes equipped with a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The four-cylinder motor is capable of producing a maximum power of 268 PS and a peak torque of 400 Nm.
Jeep offers the Wrangler Rubicon with a ton of off-road features. These include an electronically disconnectable front sway bar and heavy-duty Dana 44 axles with Tru-Lok. Additionally, it also gets four pre-wired auxiliary switches and Off-Road Plus mode. It also gets a performance suspension as well. A number of other popular influencers also own a Jeep Wrangler.
