Indian Farmer Arrives In Audi A4 To Sell Vegetables [Video]

Vegetable vendors belong to lower-income groups and cannot afford luxury- thus goes the average Indian stereotype. However, a viral video has completely shattered this misconception. A video shared on Instagram shows a farmer from Kerala, arriving in his Audi A4 luxury sedan to sell freshly harvested vegetables on the roadside.
The video, shared on the Instagram handle Variety Farmer, begins by showing the farmer, Sujith, harvesting purple-coloured Spinach from his farm. Shortly after this, he is seen driving a white Audi A4 to a streetside market, where he parks the car, steps out of it, and sets up his vegetable stall.
To be comfortable while working, he removes his dhoti, smartwatch and sandals, and wears shorts and T-shirt. The farmer them spreads a White plastic sheet and carefully arranges the harvest on it. The video also shows a stream of buyers approaching him and purchasing the vegetables of their choice. This shows the demand for his produce
The vegetables get sold out soon. The farmer then packs up, wears the dhoti again and drives back in his A4. The video has left netizens impressed and inspired. They soon flooded the comment section with words of appreciation.
Sujith is not just any vendor—he is a successful farmer and entrepreneur from Kerala who has been in the agriculture business for over a decade. His dedication has earned him multiple awards from the Kerala government as well.
The A4 shown in the video is a previous-generation model. It seems to have been purchased from the used car market. It is finished in White colour. The A4 features a powerful 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel engine, that makes 177 bhp and 380 Nm of torque. The model remains a popular choice among enthusiasts, with prices in the used car market ranging between ₹8-15 lakh.
More recent videos posted on the handle, suggest the A4 to have been wrapped in Matte Green. It now looks even more striking. This Kerala farmer has a strong presence on social media, and has become a successful influencer/ creator. He takes up inaugurations of various shops and local businesses in his area.
Sujith's Instagram also has a video that shows him unveiling the fourth generation Maruti Swift, at Indus Motors, Cherthala- a Maruti dealership in Alappuzha. Many thought the farmer had added it to his garage. But it turns out that this wasn't the case.
Sujith was just being a part of the local launch event of the Swift. Many manufacturers include influencers, creators and other public figures in the local and regional launches of their products. This entrepreneur was also attending as the chief guest. In a video shared on Instagram, he is seen handing over the key to a customer.
Sujith’s story is an inspiration, proving that hard work, dedication, and smart business strategies can change lives. His journey challenges traditional perceptions and highlights the financial potential of modern farming.
Sujith is not the only farmer breaking stereotypes. Another example is Vijay Gaikwad, a farmer from Kondhapuri, Maharashtra, who owns a previous-generation Rolls-Royce Ghost Series I. His story has also gone viral, proving that farming, when done successfully, can make you afford a luxurious lifestyle.
