Actress Kubbra Sait Becomes Latest Bollywood Celebrity To Buy Mahindra XEV 9E Electric SUV
The newly launched Mahindra electric SUVs, the BE 6 and XEV 9E, have managed to make everyone their fans. These SUVs are so great that they have even managed to enter the garages of a lot of celebrities as well. Most recently, the popular television and Bollywood actress Kubbra Sait has also added the Mahindra XEV 9E to her garage. The actress has shared images of her taking delivery of this electric SUV with her friend.
The images of Kubbra Sait getting handed over the keys to her Mahindra XEV 9E have been shared on Instagram by her. In these images, the Bollywood actress can be seen posing with her newly bought electric SUV. She was also accompanied by her friend for the delivery of this vehicle. The actress, in her post, also thanked the Mahindra dealership for the special delivery arrangement.
Kubbra Sait’s first EV car
In her post, the actress highlighted that the new Mahindra XEV 9E is her first-ever electric vehicle. She added, “It’s a BANGER, RAGER, HIGH SPIRITED CAR… Can’t wait to save fuel and do my own little best for this Mother Earth. I am soooo damn excited this is my first EV bruv. Thank You @mahindra.modi for a wonderful experience.”
Mahindra XEV 9E
Kubbra Sait has opted for the bright and bold shade of Tango Red for her Mahindra XEV 9E. Also, it appears that the Bollywood actress has opted for the top-of-the-line Pack 3 variant of this coupe electric SUV. This particular variant comes with an electric motor capable of producing 282 bhp and 380 Nm of torque.
As for the battery pack option, it gets the larger 79 kWh unit, which offers a range of 656 km on a single charge. In real-life usage, it is around 500–550 km, which is quite impressive for a vehicle of this size. As for charging, with the 175 kW DC fast charger, the XEV 9E can be charged from 20–80 percent in just 20 minutes.
The XEV 9E Pack 3 is priced at Rs 30.5 lakh (ex-showroom) and comes loaded with premium features. These include 19-inch alloy wheels (20-inch optional), Wide Cinemascope Cockpit, which boasts three interconnected 31.24 cm screens on the dashboard, 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Atmos, 16 million colors for the dual-zone ambient lighting, and automatic climate control.
Other celebrities that have bought XEV 9E
In addition to Kubbra Sait, a few other popular Bollywood celebrities have also bought the Mahindra XEV 9E. The most recent celebrity is the super popular and legendary music composer A. R. Rahman. He shared the post of him posing with his new Tango Red XEV 9E. Rahman jokingly added that he has designed the sound for this stylish SUV and has also paid for this one, which he has taken delivery of.
Also, the popular Bollywood movie director Anurag Kashyap, last month, also took delivery of a Mahindra XEV 9E. He has chosen the classy shade of Stealth Black for his SUV. Additionally, Danish Devgn, who is a popular Bollywood director-producer and entrepreneur and nephew of Ajay Devgn, has also bought a Stealth Black Mahindra XEV 9E.
Other famous people who have chosen the Mahindra XEV 9E and BE 6 electric SUVs are former Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra & Mahindra, Pawan Kumar; Paytm Founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma; and Mahesh Babu, CEO of Switch Mobility. Lastly, Milind Deora, MP, Shiv Sena, has also bought the BE 6 electric SUV.
