Apart from these EVs, Mahindra also has other models in their lineup that are planned for launch later this year. Here is a list of all these upcoming SUVs.

XUV 3XO EV

Mahindra launched the updated version of the XUV300 as the XUV 3XO in the market last year. After launching the ICE version, Mahindra has been testing the EV version as well. A fully camouflaged electric version of the XUV 3XO has been spotted testing several times. It is expected to be an updated version of the XUV400 EV, which is already on sale in India.

It might replace the XUV400 and be known as the XUV 3XO EV. The exterior design is likely to remain the same as the ICE version. The SUV is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2025.

XEV 7E

The next big electric SUV from Mahindra this year is going to be the XEV 7E. It is the electric version of the XUV700, which is an extremely popular SUV in its segment. We got a glimpse of the XEV 7E in several spy pictures available online. The EV will feature a front fascia similar to that of the XEV 9E. Apart from this, the side profile and rear are likely to resemble the XUV700.

The EV will offer several premium features, including a triple-screen setup on the dashboard, airplane-style captain seats for front and second-row passengers, multi-zone climate control, seat ventilation, a panoramic sunroof or infinity glass roof with dynamic lights, advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), leatherette upholstery, a 360-degree camera, a premium audio system, and electrically adjustable seats with a memory function, among others. The SUV is likely to launch in the second half of 2025.

XUV700 Facelift

The XUV700 was first launched in 2021 and has been a popular choice among customers in this segment ever since. After almost three years, Mahindra is finally planning to launch an updated version of this premium SUV. The update will include cosmetic changes to the exterior along with feature and interior upgrades. This will help them retain buyers’ attention in this highly competitive segment.

The SUV will continue to be powered by the same set of petrol and diesel engine options, along with both manual and automatic transmission choices. The updated XUV700 is expected to launch sometime later this year.

Thar Roxx Petrol 4×4

Mahindra launched the 5-door version of the Thar as the Thar Roxx last year. Currently, the 4×4 option is only available with the diesel version. However, there is a possibility that Mahindra might introduce this option with the petrol engine as well. There are also reports that the Mahindra Thar Roxx might get a smaller 1.5-litre diesel engine for select variants.

Scorpio N Facelift

Another hit product from Mahindra, the Scorpio N, was launched a few years ago. It is a seven-seater SUV that offers decent features along with a 4×4 drivetrain. In fact, it is the only SUV in its segment and price point to offer 4×4. With rising competition, Mahindra needs to update the Scorpio N, and they are likely to introduce new features, including Level 2 ADAS, which is currently missing in the Scorpio N. The SUV will continue to be powered by the same 2.2-litre diesel and 2.0-litre petrol engine options.
