The Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9E electric SUVs have taken over the entire country. Just on the first day of reservations, the company managed to receive a total of 30,179 bookings, totaling Rs 8,472 crore. As per the company, the deliveries of the top-spec BE 6 and XEV 9E will start from mid-March. However, at the moment, a number of test drive vehicles are being spotted on public roads. Recently, one such BE 6 electric SUV was seen on the road right next to a Hyundai Creta, and at a glance, it looks like a spaceship.

This video showing the Mahindra BE 6 right next to the Hyundai Creta has been shared on YouTube by Young Spotter on their channel. In this short video, we can note that the Mahindra BE 6 was taking a turn at a roundabout just behind a white Toyota Innova Crysta. Also, on the right side of the BE 6 was a second-generation Hyundai Creta mid-size SUV.

Mahindra BE 6 Looks Like a Spaceship

From this short clip, we can note that the Mahindra BE 6 looks like an alien spaceship when it is right next to the second-generation Hyundai Creta. The Mahindra BE 6 is 41 mm longer, 117 mm wider, and its wheelbase is 165 mm longer than the Hyundai Creta. It has to be noted that even though the BE 6 is very close in terms of dimensions to the Hyundai Creta, on the road in real life, it looks much larger and a lot more futuristic.

This can be credited to the overall design of the newly launched BE 6. The electric SUV from Mahindra gets a C-shaped LED DRL, sleek and hidden LED headlights, and a large air scoop on its bonnet at the front. It also gets large 19-inch aeroblade-style alloy wheels and a very sporty silhouette.

The Hyundai Creta, on the other hand, gets a much more simple and elegant design, which is also loved by many Indians. (It’s one of the reasons why it is the best-selling mid-size SUV in India.) The current-generation Creta also looks decent and gets a connected LED DRL and LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and connected LED taillights.

Prior to this, we have also seen the Mahindra BE 6 electric SUV standing next to its direct rival, the Tata Curvv.ev. In this image as well, despite the Curvv.ev looking very modern, it was outshined by the real-life presence of the Mahindra BE 6. The EV SUV from Mahindra looked a lot wider and more menacing. Overall, a ton of people online stated that the Mahindra BE 6 might be one of the most amazing-looking vehicles that has been designed in India.
