A lot of people in India love to modify their vehicles. These people spend slightly less on the vehicle by choosing the lower trim variants and then spend a lot of money on modifying them according to their taste. Recently, a video of a Mahindra Thar ROXX MX3 with a ton of unique modifications was shared online. This particular SUV has been given a complete exterior and interior makeover and looks very different from any other Thar ROXX.
This video of the Mahindra Thar ROXX with a ton of modifications was shared on YouTube by Car Stylein on their channel. It starts with the host showing the exterior modifications of this SUV and then showing the completely changed interior. She mentions that this particular Mahindra Thar ROXX is the MX3 variant, which is the second base variant.
Exterior modifications
Following the introduction of this Mahindra Thar ROXX, the host starts talking about the unique mods added by their shop. She first mentions that this SUV, from the factory, came finished in gloss black color. However, they have given it a 180-micron matte finish paint protection film, which gives it a menacing appearance. She also adds that the SUV has been given copper accents to give it a unique appearance.
Moving on, she then mentions that the front of this SUV gets a Proman metal bumper, which also has a cutout for the ADAS sensor that the top-spec Mahindra Thar ROXX variants get. It also comes with a metal skid plate on the bottom to protect crucial mechanical components. The bumper also houses aftermarket LED fog lights.
Next up, she shows the aftermarket LED lights placed on the cowl of this Mahindra Thar ROXX. She adds that these LED lights are very powerful and can be turned around, which makes off-roading at night even more fun. Following this, she shows the Land Rover Defender-style LED lights placed on top of the SUV.
Side profile and rear
The host then moves to the side profile of this SUV and starts highlighting the unique mods. She adds that the front and rear fenders have been changed and now add to the wide appearance of this SUV. She also mentions that it has been given 20-inch bronze alloy wheels, which have been wrapped with mud-terrain tyres.
Additionally, the SUV also gets a set of Proman rock side steps, which are made of metal and have LED lights integrated into them. The host adds that they have fitted an additional Defender-style storage box on the right side and a ladder on the other. As for the roof, it gets a metal carrier with a jerry can finished in bronze to match the color scheme.
As for the rear, the SUV gets a brand-new Proman metal rear bumper, which also gets a new swivel arm to hold the rear spare tyre. Apart from these, the SUV also gets LED taillights and Ford Bronco-style LED lights on the roof. Overall, this SUV looks extremely rugged from the outside.
Interior upgrades
Following the exterior upgrades, the host then moves to the interior of this SUV. She mentions that the complete interior has been changed. The lower portion of the dashboard and door trims has been painted in tan color. As for the top portion, it has been wrapped in unique leather with tan inserts.
It also gets custom ambient lighting, Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG-styled AC vents and surrounds, a starlight roofliner, and a brand-new carbon-fiber D-cut steering wheel. The main highlight of the new interior is the seats, which have been fully custom-made.
