Maruti Fronx Turbo Street Racing BMW And Jaguar At 200 Kph: Just Too Risky! [Video]
A lot of times, people think that trying to race other cars on public roads is a fun thing to do. Unfortunately, this is something which is extremely dangerous and should never be done. Not only does it put the lives of the drivers and passengers of the two cars racing at risk, but also the lives of other road users. Recently, a video has been shared online in which a Maruti Suzuki Fronx crossover SUV owner was seen racing at speeds of 200 kmph against a BMW and a Jaguar.
Fronx racing BMW and Jaguar at 190+ kmph
This video showing the race on a national highway between luxury cars and the Maruti Suzuki Fronx has been shared on YouTube by Adrenal Performance on their channel. It starts off with the driver of a Maruti Suzuki Fronx seeing a speeding BMW 3 Series GT on a national highway. He mentions that there are two people in the Fronx, and now they will try to catch the BMW.
Following this, the driver can be seen pushing the accelerator and holding the steering wheel with both hands. After doing this for a while and reaching speeds above 190 kmph, he eventually passes the BMW 3 Series GT. He then continues driving at these ridiculously high speeds for a while, but after some time, the BMW once again overtakes him.
This time around as well, the Fronx driver does not back down and again overtakes the BMW. The video then shows that the driver spots a Jaguar XF sedan on the road, which was also speeding. Once again, the driver of the Fronx starts racing towards this Jaguar to overtake it. We can note that after some time, he does manage to overtake it.
This is extremely reckless and dangerous
It goes without saying that this particular act of racing on public roads is extremely dangerous. This reckless driver was speeding for no particular reason except to show that a Fronx can keep up with luxury cars like BMWs and Jaguars. However, it has to be noted that nobody in real life cares about such races.
They are done just to fuel the adrenaline rush of stupid drivers like this Fronx driver. These people undermine the fact that they are just one mishap away from getting involved in an accident, which most likely can result in multiple fatalities.
Risk vs reward
For anyone who thinks that such races are fun and very rewarding, we would like to break it to you that the only reward here is the driver getting an ego boost. Apart from this, there are only risks (that too extremely major ones). The main one is potential death after crashing. However, there are others as well.
In case such drivers get caught, they can get slapped with a very heavy fine, and also their vehicle can be seized by the authorities for driving recklessly on public roads. Additionally, if such speeding vehicles get into a crash, they can kill pedestrians, motorcyclists, and other people on the roads.
Never promote such behaviour online
There are many YouTubers, influencers, and other people who share videos of them doing such stupid acts on public roads. Such videos, for them, are just a way to get attention, likes, comments, and followers.
However, in reality, they promote reckless driving and give a false sense of fame to younger audiences, who try to replicate such things on public roads and end up in hospitals. We request such creators to please stop such stupidity.
