Maruti Suzuki Swift Crushed Between Two Trucks: All Passengers Safe [Video]
Accidents can happen anywhere and at any time, and there is nothing that can be done to reverse what has already happened. However, there are times when other vehicle owners make things more difficult for the vehicle owner who has already been involved in an accident. Recently, a video has gone viral online in which a Maruti Suzuki Swift, which crashed into the rear end of a truck, was again rear-ended by another truck. What’s even worse is that the truck from the rear hit this Swift 4–5 times.
Truck hits Swift 4-5 times after crash
The video showing a new Maruti Suzuki Swift being sandwiched between two trucks has been shared on Instagram by Madhya Pradesh News on their page. In this short clip, we can see that a grey-colored Swift was stuck between two trucks on a highway. It then shows a woman getting out of the front passenger side and asking the truck driver in the rear to step out.
Soon after this, another truck driver comes next to the Swift, and he also asks the other truck driver to come out. The woman can be heard saying that this truck driver has hit their car 4–5 times in the rear after they crashed into the truck ahead. The video then shows the Swift being dragged ahead after the truck in the front started driving forward.
The lady can be heard trying to stop the truck ahead as the vehicle was completely stuck. It can be seen that the driver was sitting behind the steering wheel and was unable to do anything. Meanwhile, the other truck driver on the side was telling others that the truck in the rear had been hitting the Swift continuously, and he did it 4–5 times.
It can be seen that the front and rear sections of the Swift have been completely destroyed. How exactly this accident took place has not been reported. However, it could be possible that the Swift driver first hit the truck ahead, after which the truck behind hit it. But it is unclear how the truck in the rear hit the Swift 4–5 times.
It can be noted that the vehicle has a registration number from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. However, whether this accident took place in Chhattisgarh or Madhya Pradesh has not been shared online. Most likely, the truck driver and all the other vehicle owners involved in the accident were taken to the police station.
Tata Nexon sandwiched between two Marutis
The above video is not the first time that we have seen a vehicle getting sandwiched between two vehicles in an accident. Just a few days ago, a video went viral online in which a Tata Nexon was seen between a Maruti Suzuki Swift and a Ciaz. What exactly happened was not revealed.
However, from the video it was noted that the Swift’s front end was heavily damaged, and the rear of the Ciaz was also damaged extensively. The Nexon, on the other hand, only had minor scratches on both the front and rear and looked like nothing happened. A number of netizens appreciated the sturdy build quality of Tata Motors cars, and they criticized the quality and crash protection of Maruti Suzuki cars.
