One of the most famous and funny satires in India is “Chacha Vidhayak Hai Humare.” This means "my uncle is an MLA," and it is generally used by comedians who make fun of people who think that their uncle being an MLA helps them bypass rules and regulations. Recently, one such idiot young man trying to get away by referring to his MLA uncle has been shared online. This particular young man was sitting inside a Mahindra Scorpio-N with fully black windows and an illegal hooter.

Mahindra Scorpio-N with illegal hooter and film

This video, showing the police authorities stopping a Mahindra Scorpio-N with black film and an illegal hooter, has been shared on YouTube by Nikhil Rana on their channel. It starts off with a few police officers stopping a black-colored Mahindra Thar. This vehicle was stopped as it had completely black films on all the windows, making sure that nothing from the interior could be seen.

Apart from this, there was an illegal hooter installed in the vehicle, which was being used by the driver despite being stopped by a police vehicle. It was noted that this vehicle had a registration number from Uttar Pradesh. Its number was “UP 50 DA 0801.” Following this, the video then shows a police officer talking to the young boy.

The officer asked the person who the owner of the car is. He then states that this car belongs to him, after which the police officer questions him about who he is (asking if he is a politician). To this, he replies that he is the son of the owner of this car. Following this, the police officer gets very angry and starts asking him if he has the authority to use a hooter as well as have completely black windows.

Uncle is MLA

Following this, when the police authorities started putting pressure on this Mahindra Scorpio-N occupant, he stated that his uncle is an MLA. For those who may not be aware, this is one of the most popular phrases used by powerful people in Uttar Pradesh and some other states. It is also used in movies and satires to troll powerful people.

In the video, the police officers can be heard becoming even angrier after listening to this statement from the young man. They stated that this man's uncle is an MLA and he is not. They added that his uncle being an MLA does not allow him to install such illegal modifications.

Illegal modifications removed

In the short video, we can note that the occupants of this particular Mahindra Scorpio-N were asked to step out, following which the police officials started removing the illegal fully black window tints. They also showed that the hooters were placed under the front grille. Additionally, there was a BJP flag on the front as well.

Currently, in India, the Motor Vehicles Act of 1988 does not allow any modifications to the vehicle. Earlier, politicians were allowed to use sirens, hooters, and red beacons on top of their vehicles. However, back in 2017, to end the VIP culture in India, the use of red beacons was stopped by the authorities. Even the Prime Minister and President of India are not exempted from this rule.
