New Maruti Dzire Reimagined As A Sporty Sedan [Video]
When we look at the newest generation of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, we think of it as the perfect small family sedan. However, there is one very talented digital artist who thought of creating a unique modified version of this new sedan. Recently, he shared a video of the behind-the-scenes process of creating a digital render of the new Dzire with a unique and sporty body kit. He also added a ton of other modifications to make it look like a race-ready sports sedan.
Maruti Suzuki Dzire Modified
This video, showing the process of creating an extremely aggressive-looking Dzire, has been shared on YouTube by SRK Designs on their channel. It starts with the artist modifying the front fascia of the new Dzire’s image. For this, he first starts tweaking the lower front bumper of this vehicle.
We can note that the artist adds a C-shaped air vent, which is then tweaked to make it look like it belonged there. The artist blends it in and adds all the details on the front bumper. Apart from this, two canards are also added on the lower portion of the bumper. Finally, the artist completes the front splitter.
Next up, he adds a blacked-out element behind the Suzuki logo at the front, and the chrome line is deleted. Following this, the artist then starts working on the side profile of the vehicle, where the side skirts are added. He meticulously blends in the body lines and makes it very detailed.
After this, the artist gives this sedan a new set of aftermarket alloy wheels with low-profile tyres. Such sporty alloys and low-profile tyres change the look of any vehicle and add an extremely sporty touch. Moving on, the artist then adds a rear canard on the bumper as well, which completes the body kit.
For the final touches, the chrome garnish on the window is blacked out, a big spoiler is added, and the roof and bonnet are blacked out as well. Additionally, the artist changes the red color to a sporty-looking green color. He also adds a decal on the side and green touches on the alloy wheels as well.
Can This Be Turned Into Reality?
Now you might be wondering if it’s possible to convert this rendering into reality. Well, if we look at the design created by the artist, it is not something that is very complex. If an automotive enthusiast knows the steps of creating a body kit from fiber, they can easily recreate this in reality.
Apart from the body kit, alloy wheels can be easily sourced from aftermarket shops, and the spoiler can also be purchased from the market. Most likely, in the coming months, we can see some enthusiasts creating something similar.
Maruti Suzuki Dzire
Maruti Suzuki has launched the all-new fourth-generation Dzire with a price tag of Rs 6.79 lakh, and it goes up to Rs 10.14 lakh. There are four variants, LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI+. The new Dzire gets a ton of features this time, including a new exterior, new interior layout, 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment screen, single-pane electric sunroof, and others.
As for the powertrain, the new Dzire comes equipped with a Z12E, 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine. It makes 81 PS and 111 Nm of torque. This engine comes with the option of both a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AGS AMT gearbox.
