Modified Mahindra Thar ROXX Gets Jeep Wrangler-Inspired Mods [Video]
People love modifying cars in India, and the Mahindra Thar ROXX is one of the most modified SUVs currently in the market. Since its launch, we have seen all types of modifications on the Thar ROXX, and recently, another new Thar ROXX modification video has been shared online. This particular SUV has been given a classy-looking dual-tone appearance, a metal front bumper, custom LED lights, and a ton of other modifications.
This video of the Mahindra Thar ROXX with a bunch of modifications has been shared on YouTube by Car Stylein on their channel. It starts off with the host mentioning that this particular Thar ROXX came to their shop as a stock vehicle and has now been given a lot of modifications. Soon after this, she starts giving a detailed walkaround of this SUV.
Modifications on this Thar ROXX
At the front, the host mentions that this particular Thar ROXX has been given a brand-new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon-inspired front grille made of ABS plastic. She adds that it has been painted in gloss black to give it a unique look. She then points toward the new Stellar metal front bumper. This particular bumper helps in increasing the approach angle of the SUV.
Apart from this, it also gets a Stellar metal skid plate at the front as well. Soon after this, she shows the high-power Vivid LED fog lights at the front of this SUV. The SUV also gets Mansory Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG-styled roof lights as well, which give it a unique appearance. She adds that this light setup offers police light colors and a single white-color light as well.
Following the front, the host then shows the side profile of this SUV and mentions that it has extended side fenders which they have pasted on the original fenders. After this, she shows the main highlight of this SUV, which is its 20-inch Beast alloy wheels finished in matte black and wrapped around with 20-inch tyres.
Moving on, she then highlights that this particular Thar ROXX has also been given gloss black ORVMs with Thar badging, a Proman metal side stepper, and a Land Rover Defender-style staircase on the rear quarter window. On the other side, it gets a Defender-style box as well. As for the rear, it gets a set of aftermarket LED taillights and a rear roof-mounted LED brake light as well.
Mahindra Thar ROXX
The Mahindra Thar ROXX is one of the hottest new SUVs in the market. It starts at Rs 12.99 lakh and goes all the way up to Rs 23.39 lakh. Powering the Thar ROXX is a 2.2L mHawk engine and a 2.0L mStallion petrol engine. The diesel engine is offered in two states of tune.
The lower state offers 150 bhp and 330 Nm of torque, while the more powerful tune offers 172 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. As for the petrol, it offers 160 bhp and 330 Nm of torque. The top-of-the-line Thar ROXX also offers a 4X4 system, which includes a dedicated off-road system offering an Electronic Locking Differential (ELD), terrain modes, Crawl Smart, Intelli-turn Assist, and others.
